Veronica 'Haphazard' Ashford needs a little scratch of paint from Dorian Gray's infamous portrait, but he is still proving to be stubborn, even after a lot of bullets and one cannonball have been sent sent his way by the assembled Progeny of the Lost. Now he is slashing down at poor Haphazard with a sword that he cunningly kept secreted in his mechanical arm. Will young Haphazard prove to be hapless?
