Yes, Momo fell asleep and I know this probably dissapoints people. BUT... If Momo heard everything he'd pity Kuro and that shouldn't be the base of him developing feelings for Kuro. His feelings should grow for him because of how they interact with each other from now on. I hope that makes sense :D
