I AM NOT COMPLETELY DEAD
Over the course of... whatever time has happened I kind of changed the "lore" of Noire a little bit so our lady with wings on her head will most likely be a recurring character, I'll hopefully end up explaining who or what she is later.
She and Noire can't live without each other, that's all I've got to say for now
