The annual Lunea Unity Celebration culminates in a final night of festivities, dubbed by many as the "Moonlight Festival," and is concluded with 12 tolls of the Lufe Peace Bell. These boisterous tolls reverberate throughout the nation, commemorating the signing of the "Unified Balance Agreement," on midnight, some years ago... The moon was as bright and full then as it is now.
The new dreamer catches up with his friends at the edge of town. He plans to share of his newfound visions with hopes they will also take a chance at a new future.

Loved seeing Falco share his dream with his friends on the cusp of their entering the "working world" of their society. And I noticed it's a taboo to mention you have dreamed, even a shame. Interesting. There's some kind of message behind that. I like how his friends will journey together on Falco's quest.
