Shopping in the USA

I love living in LA even though there is still some stuff I haven't really gotten used to. So I sketched a collection of random thoughts about shopping in the USA.
Seriously people, you don't need different shoe sizes for men, women and children! They're all feet!
Then there are flu shots in the stores and ridiculous portion sizes (I guess the food is more of a health risk then the flu...)
VAT is something I'm familiar with, but it's always included in the price. I keep forgetting that. Luckily, if I don't have enough money I can always write a check! (We got rid of those somewhere in the '80's.)
