If my cats were Pokemons (Part 1)

In my home country, cats were so common that you can see at least 1 underneath a car! There is even a city which was named Kuching! ( literally means cat "Kucing" in Malay language).
So I was thinking...what if the cats were the only Pokemon in this world...so I came out with this! :D
