Karma for throwing away my sandwich, probably. This actually happened to me, and is the main reason I can't speak to people I like. I had a crush on this guy, I nicknamed him Red (as in red riding hood 'cuz he had red hair at the time, real creative I know), I liked him for a good 5 years.
