Nine have gone missing and two bodies were confirmed. Mayor Dichtoto has officially started an investigation. The coroner, Dr. Sativus, did not wish to release her findings to the press but simply stated,

"The cause of death for the two found was blood loss. From my medical findings, the 'exit wound' appears to be two puncture marks on the side of the necks."

All but one victim thus far identified as male. Mrs. Curass, the latest victim, identified as female, but disliked to dress so. Our conjecture is that the assailant is targeting any Flora identifying, dressed, or appearing as male. A warning is issued to those fitting these descriptions on the outskirts of Radix.

The facts piling up resemble a precious 7200 case from the Eurasian S.S. capital of Flos. "Male" victims, all found completely nude, were drained of their blood through wounds on their neck. The assailant, given the nickname the Black Dahlia, was never caught or found. Is it possible that they made their way to our peaceful city? News should be released from the Mayor after the investigation is complete.
