1 Year later

Nick's point of View

John and I are finally married! He has been so nice to me since mary died, However...He started acting strange, and had sleepless nights, I asked him what was bothering him and to my surprise and horror...he confessed the whole incident with Mary, he told me he was sorry many times and even went to confess his crime to the police! (A/N: this was before the full 1 year btw). I am glad he confessed, if he didn't, it would have just made him more tense and stressed out in the long run.

He was sentenced to 6 months in jail and is doing some community service at the moment, Last month he asked me if we could go to Venice for our honeymoon, We had to get the courts permission ofcourse, But, luckily they said yes! I am thrilled that we are allowed to go, Atleast he doesnt hve to wear those ugly colored overalls they make him wear to Community Service, Still, For me, it is like a dream come true
