Just a little thing: A cook isn't a chef. A cook is a cook. Chef means Chief, the chief of the kitchen. The guy who (ideally) keeps everything running smooth, makes all the decisions, plans, buys, writes the menu, etc... (Un-ideally, is like that Gordon Ramsey asshole in Hell's Kitchen and harangues everyone and makes them miserable and prone to making mistakes.)
