This comic's ending was pretty much improvised. I only planned to have Gilles take out the other Rattatas, but I drew the muscle rattata out of the blue and it just... stuck.
The backgrounds in this page are much more faded. I end up reversing this direction in Page 12, opting for BG's with thinner lines instead. They're a step up from the flat color BG's of the previous pages IMO, but that's just me!
