Jaejeong couldn't get Adeyemi to talk about her sleep walking incident. She flat out ignored it so he appeased her and dropped it. They wouldn't be able to be as active with each other since she'd be going off to marry Ryan soon. They spent everyday together, they talked about the latest gossip between royals and watched trashy reality shows because that never got old. They made love whenever the mood struck them and with Adeyemis appetite, it was quite often. Jaejeong felt his happiest when he was with her. He got to be a dork and she didn't care that he secretly lived for gossip talk shows and reality tv. She found it endearing and watched those shows with him. He watched her crime investigation tv shows with her as well as her sappy movie network movies. She loved that he always had her favorite ice cream on deck.
However the week following the wedding Adeyemi suddenly closed herself off from him. Jaejeong didn't get it. Was it because she was nervous about th wedding? Was it because she was scared? He couldn't figure it out because she would barely talk to him. With a sigh he looked over his students form and shook his head.
"Mew, fix your stance." Ellin said from beside him.
Jaejeong looked over at her then turned to grab his water bottle. Ellin turned as well and spoke with out looking at him.
" And you get our shit together. When you step foot into here you are their instructor, act like it."
A student jogged over to them "Ah, there's a girl here to see you Jae." The student said and pointed to Adeyemi who wore dark shades, leggings, and a long sleeved top. When the student pointed to her, Adeyemi began to walk over but was face to face with a young woman about three inches shorter than her.
"Oh, hello." She said her voice in it's usual silky smooth regal tone.
Ellin looked her up and down then looked at Jae. "Can I help you miss?" She asked coldly.
Adeyemi's eyebrow twitched at the girls tone but she still gave a pleasant smile. "Why yes actually you can. I'm looking for Jaejeong. I was wondering if he was here or planned to stop by today."
"Jae take it outside. You know we don't do personal life in the dojo." Ellin leaned against the door frame and studied Adeyemi.
"Ah, if he has work to do I shouldn't interrupt. I can back later. It wasn't of dire importance." She said looking at the girl. Ellin shook her head and waved Jaejeong away.
"Our conversation is done.....remember what I said Jaejae fix it or I'll beat your ass." She walked passed them and decided to let her students have a break.
Adeyemi looked at Jaejeong bemused "What did you do?" She asked and Jae sighed
"Don't worry about it."
He led her outside of the dojo. They stood beside each other leaning against the building. there was space between them they didn't show much affection for each other in public."It really wasn't serious. I didn't mean to interrupt anything. I was just curious as to where you were."
Jaejeong looked at her."Where have you been? You just avoided me for a week."
"I know, I had somethings to deal with."
"Is it was it that sex slave ring or whatever?" He asked, Adeyemi looked at him confused.
"What are you talking about? I'm not in any sex slave ring." She said annoyed
"Then what is it? Why do you have to go around sleeping with other men? And why can't you ever explain anything?"
Adeyemi sighed. This wasn't why she came here. "You said that you would wait. You said you could wait. Why are you suddenly throwing all these questions at me?"
Ellin stood by the window and listened quietly. If Adeyemi wasn't in a ring then she was simply serving one individual. Ellin was too curious and smart for her own good sometimes she wished she never investigated things and shit like that.
"Adeyemi." Jaejeong sighed "You were closed off from me for more than a week. You suddenly cancelled our dates and then didn't answer any of my calls or text messages until two days ago. I even knocked on your door, I would hear you inside and you wouldn't answer." Jaejeong said showing his own annoyance.
Ellin sucked her teeth, he was so distressed because some bitch wouldn't text him back? She thought Jaejeong wasn't so weak willed , but maybe she was wrong.
Adeyemi rolled her eyes "You should know better. If I wished to cut you off I would say it to your face. I understand you were worried and concerned. But you should have dropped it. I'm not your girlfriend. I'm not your fiancee. You do not need to be so concerned. I'm not worth it."
Jaejeong glared at her "Why don't you think you deserve anyone to care for you? It's the same shit over and over again. You're worth it to me."
Adeyemi glared back,"I didn't come here for you to ask me a million questions.I just needed to see your face for a little bit. Now that I have, you can go inside and I'll leave." She began to walk away.
"Yemi wait."Jaejeong grabbed her arm and Adeyemi let out a small cry.
"That hurts, let me go." She said through gritted teeth.
She wasn't fully healed from the meeting she had a week prior and should have still been recovering in her room but left to find Jaejeong anyways. He quickly let go of her arm and apologized. She stumbled away from him clutching her arm.
Ellin watched what happened and watched closely....she knew the signs. She wiped the sweat off her brow and paused staring at Adeyemi.
"Who the fuck wears long sleeves in Dubai.....her neck." Ellin thought for a minute and looked again the girls concealer on her neck was melting and she could see the peaking bruise. She walked out to them and pushed Jae away.
"Jaejeong I need you to cover the second half of the class." Ellin said standing closer to Adeyemi.
Jaejeong turned to look at her "I'm in the middle of a conversation." He motioned to Adeyemi.
Adeyemi turned away from him. "No, you are not. Our conversation is over." Jae looked at her and sighed "Fine." He said walking back inside
Adeyemi turned and began walking away. Ellin grabbed Adeyemi's wrist and pulled her to the side of the building trapping her against the walk.
"Nah, you aren't leaving mate. Unlike JaeJae I'm not dumb love, and I notice everything, its a little talent we photographers have. So we are gonna talk for a moment."Adeyemi narrowed her eyes. She couldn't really escape. They were similar in height and that girl was strong.
"One,I don't have anything to say to you. Two, you're invading my space and I don't think you fancy me enough for you to be this close."
"Yeah I don't really fucking care its more of a you listen to what I have to say then talk kind of conversation. I mean its not like you can fight me you've already taken a beating recently. Am I right? Unless you tried to hang yourself, but last time I checked ropes don't have fingers." Ellin said motioning to her neck with he chin.
Adeyemi froze and her eyes widened, she nearly reached up to touch her neck but refrained from doing so. She tried to push past the other girl "I need to go." She mumbled.
Ellin blocked her easily. "No no no love this talk isn't over. I don't even want to know what the rest of your body looks like. And by the way you acted when Jae grabbed its not good. Now I did some digging on you and didn't tell Jae everything, but I know some things. Did the man who controls you do this? Punishment maybe?" She searched her eyes, tough love was what this girl needed but also a helping hand. "Do you want out? Cause Jaejae is trying to fucking rescue you."
Adeyemi paused "He can't rescue me. There's no such thing as rescuing me. This is my life. I can deal with things on my own. I told him I don't need to be saved. He just has this mind of his own and won't listen. First he starts talking about some sex slave ring and now you're talking about some man controlling me. I am in control of myself and I don't belong to anyone until I say I do." She had accepted her fate a long time ago.
"Ha! Oh he is definitely gonna try whether you want it or not. My question is what do you really feel for my friend? Don't bullshit me I can beat you worse than the guy who beat you honestly." Ellin said seriously and groaned to herself, she was gonna be nice for once. "Look if you even have the vaguest desire to get out I can help you truly. You can take my class and I know some people.........I can help even if you don't think I can."
Adeyemi was fed up. This girl didn't understand what was going on. What help could she possibly be? Was she going to stop all the rulers of the world from wanting her? Was she going to stop their requests? Would she take her place? None of that was possible. Adeyemi looked the other girl in her eyes. Of course she would want to be saved and get out of this mess she was in. But the only way that would happen would be if she died. She didn't like how the girl threatened her though. She beat worse than her master did she? Perhaps she'd let the girl get a few kicks in. Then she could really leave this plane.
"I'll take the classes, perhaps. Or perhaps not. My feelings for Jae have nothing to do with the situation I'm in though."
"Yes it does, your feelings for him and whether he knows it effect whether or not he gets really involved in your problems. You must not know him well." Ellin lifted the girl's shirt a bit and saw the bruises she didn't care for someone's personal space she just wanted the facts and the bruises told her a lot.
"Maybe it shouldn't be a perhaps. I think it should be you will take this class. Or next time I see you you might be in a casket and you'll have destroyed my friend........you should trust Jaejae more if you like him like he likes you. I don't approve of you and probably never will, but Jae wants you so either embrace it or disappear." It wasn't a threat it was just a simple statement.
" He shouldn't be involved in my problems." Adeyemi said pulling her shirt down and looked around. "You're right though, I can destroy him. I will destroy him in the end. We can't ever be together. We had this established from the beginning." She said softly.
Adeyemi looked down. "I think it would be best if I truly did disappear." Adeyemi looked at the girl in front of her, in the eyes " Thanks for helping me make a decision."
Ellin shook her head and chuckled bitterly. "Oh no love you aren't pinning that on me, don't do that. I will tell Jae everything and he'll have no choice but to get involved and you'll be stuck with him forever. Please don't test me." She searched to see if there was any passion to live left in this girl's eyes.
Either way what Ade had just said finalized Ellin's decision to tell Jae.
Adeyemi looked at her " This is none of your business to tell. How would he feel having to hear something like that from someone that has no immediate connection to this? It doesn't involve you so stay out of it and keep your mouth shut." Her voice turned icily stern.
"Aaaawwww you think you're threatening that's cute, but suicide in my book is a big no no. And you of all people should know people do whatever they want so if I want to tell Jae I will." Ellin said harshly, but this was because she did care for the girl just a little bit and felt pity for her. "You either get out or you stay stuck in the position you're in, but leaving this world isn't an option."
Adeyemi looked at the girl with a wry smile "I never said I was going to kill myself I just said you helped me make a final decision. Even if that was my final decision, you have no control over what I do with my body. If I wanted to kill myself I'd do it. I don't care about whats a go or no go in your silly little book." She said meeting her gaze.
"Fine go, go ahead and tell him." Adeyemi continued "In the end it doesn't change anything. I'm still a whore and he's going to try even harder to save someone who can't be saved. In the end, he's the one that's going to be hurt the most." This girl just didn't get it. Adeyemi wasn't someone that could be saved. She can't fight back because that makes things worse.
" I've already made my decision. I'll end things with Jae. It's not that difficult to do. I can move somewhere where else so neither of us are tempted and I'll switch my classes to online classes. Then I'll still be married to my fiance as planned. See we're all set here."
"Do you know what happens when a hospital or officer finds out something is thinking about suicide or attempting it? They take you for a month to 90 days in the psychiatric ward and you're put on suicide watch especially when it comes to royals. I don't mind picking up a phone." Ellin definitely didn't like this girl or her attitude or the power she thinks she has.
"Jae will be hurt either way now, unfortunately he is determined. But you know what? I wasn't nice about it but at least I tried. Do what you want, dojo door is open, when you're ready to fight for your life lemme know." Ellin gave her smile and turned away from her.
Adeyemi clenched her fists. " You think I never fought for my life? I want to live. If I didn't want to live so badly I would have tied the rope tighter when I made my first attempt. I wouldn't have vomited after I took all those pills. I wouldn't have taken a week to recover because I decided to fight back. I'm trying to live so I stay in my lane and I play my role. Don't speak on my life as if you live it and you are in the bedroom with me. I said I'd deal with Jae on my own so you keep your mouth shut." She spat before turning on her heel and walking away briskly. She didn't even get to say what she went there to say. Fucking hell, this was dragging on.
"Good luck princess I'm rooting for you." She said loudly as she walked in the door so that even Jaejeong heard.
Jaejeong looked at Ellin as she walked in. "What was that about?"
Ellin looked him in the eyes serious with the slightest bit of fear for Ade's life. "Jaejeong......go get your girl or she won't be there when you do go. She is planning something and it's not going to be good. Go! Now!" She shouted when he just stood there looking confused.
Jae was confused but ran out of the dojo, he ran to the parking lot but her car was no where to be found. He dug in his pocket for his car keys. "Shit." He left them in the dojo. He ran back inside grabbed his keys and phone and left.
