Mr Right, the man that helped run with his wife the old folks home, was reading the newspaper when Jack came in for breakfast later than normal.
"Look at that, Mr Jones has been called in to go back to Virtutem Spei for important business, he might not be charged for murder after all." He shouted with surprise to his wife who was in the kitchen cooking eggs and bacon.
"Well that's great news!" She said.
Jack slowly walked up to the breakfast counter and took a seat.
"Bacon and egg with some honey, Jack?" Mrs Right asked smiling holding a spatula in her right hand, fat slowly dripped from it onto the kitchen stone floor.
Jack nodded, without say thank you.
She turned toward the cooker and started to lay more bacon in a well-oiled frying pan.
"Jack, Mr Lodovico called in to say he will be your new Tutor until Mr Jones is available. He heard about your miss fortune and volunteered to be your new Tutor. He said to meet him at the library at 11:00." Mrs Right said.
But the truth was that Mr Lodovico didn't actually care about Jacks misfortunes, he had been keeping an eye on Jack since his mother was murdered, as well as many others including Mr Jones.
Mrs Right placed a full plate of eggs and bacon with a drizzle of honey over it in front of Jack.
He started eating it as if he hadn't seen food for a week.
"Slow down, it's as if we had been starving you." Said Mr Right who was disturbed by the animal sounds.
Jack slowed to a stop after eating the last piece of bacon.
"Who is Mr Lodovico?" He asked with a mouthful of egg.
From where Jack was sitting he could hear Mr Rights mouth drop open with surprise.
Mrs Right on the other hand was not surprised, she kept on doing the dishes.
"Mr Lodovico is a writer, he writes about his own accounts. In the past he has been asked by the leader of the Queens Council to write down his own account he had with the rebellious group of barbarians." Mrs Right said slowly.
"Next year you will probably be asked to read his book 'The Woeful Rebellion' in your English class. Or maybe 'The Dying War', that one is about the legend of AFB in 2030 AD."
She took Jack's empty plate away and started to wash it.
Jack started to feel excited about is new Tutor. His mind wondered back to Mr Jones.
"Hurry up now and get changed ready to walk to the library. It's twenty to eleven." She shooed Jack out of the kitchen with a wet tea towel before he could say anything more on the subject. She watched him walked up the stairs and out of sight.
"Do you think he'll be alright?" She asked her husband.
"Of course, he lives with us." He replied.
Mrs Right whipped him with the wet tea towel.
"Ow!" He gave a fake whimper.
She gave a mocking lough and smiled.

Miss Keebly watched as a man walked into the library and take a seat by the door. She took a sip from her cup of tea.
The man wiggled in the seat, glanced at his wrist watch and then crossed his legs.
He looked familiar from somewhere. He was a short man with a large waistline. He had dark hair which was residing. Maybe she should start a conversation with him, then she would be able to place him more easily.
"You need anything sir?" She asked.
He turned his brown eyes towards her. "No thank you madam, I am waiting for my new apprentice to arrive, he's late." He turned to look at the door.
Miss Keebly took another sip of her tea, loudly, she could tell that he disapproved of the noise.
He looked familiar, like someone she had seen on a poster in the library's front window.
A shadow appeared in the doorway. The shadow turned into the figure of Jack who walked towards the man sitting by the door.
"Ah, Jack my boy, you are ten minutes late. We should have started your exam hours ago. Oh, well." The man got up and placed a hand on Jack's shoulder.
"Sorry Mr Lodovico, I needed to do something at home. It won't happen again." Jack said.
Mr Purveyor Lodovico? Thought Miss Keebly, she took another sip of her dwindling cup of tea.
The writer of that false account "The Woeful Rebellion".
She took another even larger sip of tea.
Jack and Mr Lodovico started to head for the door.
Must distract them long enough to learn what his businesses has to do with Jack.
Miss Keebly got up from behind her desk and started to walk towards them.
"Jack!" She said smiling her sweetest smile. "How have you been since that horrible accident yesterday?" She asked.
Maybe that was the wrong thing to say for she could see that Jack was struggling to answer that question.
"Never mind that, and what is Mr Lodovico doing with Jack, hmm?" She asked still smiling.
Mr Lodovico a bit angry at this nosy lady, nosing into things that did not concern her. "And who are you?" He asked with a red face.
Jack was surprised and a little scared at Mr Lodovico reaction to Miss Keebly's question.
"She's Miss Keebly, the towns librarian. She's really nice and kind once you get to know her." Said Jack quickly.
Mr Lodovico didn't look impressed.
"Mr Lodovico is to be my new Tutor." Jack added, looking at Miss Keebly. Miss Keebly smiled.
"I wish you luck in your exam Jack, bye Mr Lodovico."
Mr Lodovico muttered something under his breath and walked out through the door.
Jack smiled and fallowed him.
She headed back to her desk.
I will write this news down and send it to the people upstairs. She thought.
She sat down and took a sip of her tea but to her disappointment she had already finished it.
