Hey guys,
I’m going to stop interacting with Tapas and most of my sites for a while.
It’s got nothing to do with the actual comic, but rather it’s an accumulation of many things that has been happening over a long period of time. Some things in public, some things under the surface. I’d like to believe I’m not an arrogant author who treats their readers “like trash”, seeing that interacting with fans used to be one of the things I enjoyed most about AMOLAD, and it made my day no matter how tired and overworked I was. I’d like to believe that I treat my fans with more respect and care, because there is too much intimacy and love that I have poured into AMOLAD and the community around it. But apparently a group of people in the fandom doesn’t think so.
Not everyone, because many of the people in this fandom are lovely and give me encouraging messages and lots of love, but this smaller number is enough to make me weary. To be honest, I’ve lost a lot of my enthusiasm and joy in interacting with fans lately, and I don’t want to lose the rest of it. It's been two years. I’m tired of many things. I’m tired of arguing. I’m tired of dealing with people. Too much reader politics, I no longer feel like I can act myself without something messy happening.
So I will pull back on myself and take some time away. Until I figure out how to act around my fandom and still be true to myself, I will be gone. I will still be doing what I love - drawing and updating AMOLAD, but my talking will be almost nonexistent.
Thanks to all those who have been supportive of me, leaving nice comments and sticking with me through thick and thin. You’re literally the only reason I update AMOLAD on some days. I am very grateful.

Read Right to Left, Downwards.
Death's job isn't really his favorite, but it's not like he could change it. It doesn't help that he's attracted to his opposite who seems to detest his very existence.
This comic contains rather dark themes later on that might be uncomfortable for readers, viewer discretion is advised.
Oh, and sexual content too.
Updates Friday (usually), but whenever I have free time is the main principle.
