Chapter 2

In a bustling city within a giant mansion, there is a man who has been far too​ patient.

Wrapped in the shadows of depression from waiting, a subtle shift in his city brings him out of his dark stupor.

He moves for the first time in at least a year.

He looks out of the window seat where he had sat for so long.

“Finally.” Is all he whispers before disappearing from his perch in an instant, off to find what caused his heart to move, and what he has always been waiting for.
