During my flight to Thailand, nothing bad happened, beside the couple behind me. They were arguing about how the husband forgot their anniversary. As the argument continues, I put in my headphone and listen to some music. Hopefully that drowned out the noise. THe next thing I knew, we landed in the airport.
Walking myself out of the gate, I spot my friend Apsorn waiting for me. I've know this person ever since we were young girls. She knows my deepest worries, and yet she still supports me, though she is a worry wort. We've been through ups and downs after my parents died in an accident.
"Hey!" she yelled at me. "Oh, I've missed you soo much," she said as she bear hugged me.
"L-let me breathe," I said as we pulled away. "I will explain everything, but let me settle in first."
"Alright! Let me help you with your bad, milady." Apsorn said as she helped me with my luggage.
When we reached her place, I settle in an empty room she prepared for me. She lives alone, while her parents are in Japan. It didn't take long to relax. Once done, I went downstairs to help her prepare food for the night.
We had spicy curry with bamboo shoots and rice.
"So, Nam. You still haven't told me. What's your job this time and how long are you staying?" I almost choked on my food. Remember I said she's a worry wort?
"I have to guard Chai Panit. From the Jetatikarn Jewelry. I don't know how long I'm staying, but that is all there is to it. He won't know my work info, but everything is fine. I start tomorrow."
