Three girls, Mary, Savannah, and Izzy, went into the "haunted house".

Mary: It'll be fun! Come on, Izzy!

Savannah: Don't be a scaredy cat, Izzy. There's nothing to be afraid of in there.

Izzy: We still shouldn't go in there. It's getting dark.

Mary: Suit yourself, I'm going in!

Savannah: Me too.

Izzy W...wait for me!

Mary: The house was haunted because of the myth that the old lady who owned this house, Sophia Killdeer, committed suicide after she found out that her daughter had been killed in a car accident. I've heard that last time, five high-schoolers went in, and not a single one made it out, alive or dead.

Izzy: See? We should never come in.

Mary: Oh, don't be silly. Right, Savannah?

Izzy: Wait, where's Savannah?

Mary: Savannah~

Izzy: Savannah~

Mary: Savannah! There you are. *pats her on the shoulder* We were worried about-

Savannah: *head falls off*

Mary: AHH!

Izzy: Mary! What happened?

Mary: S...savannah... Her head... F... fell

Izzy: What?

Mary: HER HEAD FELL OFF!

Izzy: I told you it's a bad idea to come here. *noticed the basement* You can stay in there first. I'll go get help. I remember the way out.

Mary: O...okay. 

Izzy: *locks the door*

Mary: At last, I can relax without worrying about my life.

The portrait on the wall moved its cold eyes; staring blankly at Mary. Waiting for her to discover that she's not alone; waiting for her to discover that death is creeping near.

Mary: G-ghosts! Don't kill me! I didn't do anything! 

Suddenly, she had an idea.

Mary: I know, *going crazy* if I kill myself first, then they can't get to me! Haha... Hahaha!

She found ropes in the corner and made a hoop.

Mary: N...now there's no way you can get to me! *jumps*

After Mary's death, the door behind the portrait opened, and a girl walked out.

Izzy: Whew, all done! *looks at Mary's body* I told you to not come here. *picks up paper* What's this old thing?
