“Yeah.” replied Aaron with a faraway look in his eyes and stupid smile on his face.

“Do you remember Anna? I think you were together for a while.”

“Yeah man, of course I do.” barked Aaron.

“Chill mate. It was really sad what happened to her. For such a pretty girl to be raped and have her throat ripped open.”

“Sad.”

“I remember...” Dan continued “...that the sheriff put you first on suspect list. Said the doctors found your semen inside her.”

“Well of fucking course they did. We were together, ergo we we’re fucking.”

“I thought you said you were over that day?”
