Daniel with his mom dashed out of the house, and saw Kaiden lying on the ground, with his eyes open like he was daydreaming.

Lukas, Shaun, and Kyle picked up Kaiden and hauled him to his bed. Their mom made soup for Kaiden while Daniel turned on a humidifier.

Kaiden's eyes closed.

The following day...

All of the children were asleep in there beds. One of them coughed. Daniel started seeing a vision of planets exploding and people screaming for help. His eyes opened suddenly. He tried to speak, but couldn't.

It was like he was underwater in an ocean, but every time he tried to swim to the surface to breath, a giant wave shoved him back down.

He started sweating, but he was the first to be enveloped by the world of darkness. He thought he died. He even saw a light, He thought it was heaven, so he went towards it. But when he reached it, it just got further away. This continued.

It was like endless steps, where when he got close the the top, they would just extend further, and the weight on his ankle just got heavier and heavier. There was no end to this torture.

but finally, he made it.
