Before I left the house I grabbed my blue and black duffle bag I had secretly hid behind the bookself in the living room since I was eight. I went through the back to avoid the huge crowd that had gathered on the front lawn for the party which I doubt would happen.
In a few minutes I was at Aaron's house who for whatever reason wasn't home. After an hour of waiting I fell asleep on his front porch using my duffle bag as a pillow. I woke up in time to see him jogging toward the cabin.
His brow wrinkled in confusion as he stared at my duffle bag and me.
"Should I be worried?" He asked looking at my bag again,
I smiled as I shook my head, "I sort of told my prents to get out of my life and decided to live here"
I nervously watched him scratched the back of his head, "you know this is a bad idea right?" then he shrugged, "but hey since I get to have you all to myself I'm not complaining."

We sat in our usual spot at lunch as we ate. Luckily for me Aaron allowed me to start living with him in his guest room and to my surprise actually took me out to celebrate my birthday for the first time since I've known him. Usually he just gives me a gift and leaves before my parents see him. Its not like I'm upset or anything I mean he doesn't even care about his so I didn't expect him to really care about mine.
"Ari!"
I looked behind Aaron to see Blake walking angrily towards me. He stopped at the end of the white wooden table where Aaron and I sat.
"Ari what the hell were you thinking yesterday?" Blake demanded as he stood at the table where Aaron and I were. "Your parents called and told me how you ran away and they're worried sick about you. Now they're sending me out to find you"
I rolled my eyes, "yeah sure they are."
He glared at Aaron and in a weak voice asked, "She's staying with you isn't she"
Aaroned continued to eat his sandwiches in silence. Blake stared at him to see if his expression would confim his answer but as usual Aaron had his poker face on.
"Seriously Ari what were you thinking?"
I sighed, "I don't know, alright and I don't care just go away"
"Listen to me Ari if you keep hanging around him you're just going to get hurt better yet the person you should be staying away from, is him," Blake then left us without uttering another word.
"Oh great now I lost my appetite," Aaron said before letting the sandwich fall from his hands unto his tray, "Stupid kid."
I rolled my eyes before eating my own lunch.
