After my awkward first encounter with Oliver, I came here for the next two days too. And, to my surprise, he recognized me the second time I went there. Although it has to be hard to forget such an embarrassment meeting...

I always ordered the same chocolate coffee with whipped cream and sat at the same small window table, when it wasn't taken at least.

And now I'm here, for the fourth time, with my coffee, at the window table, watching Oliver, NOT stalking him, and glancing away when he looks at me. I'm the worst.

Why aren't you just asking him out on a date?

I stuff my phone into my bag and look for Oliver. The only problem- he isn't there. Another cashier is standing at the counter, taking orders. I glance around a little anxious before thinking why I am even looking for him. Of course he won't stand there 24/7, he has breaks... and stuff.

Come to think of it, I don't even know when he has days off. Not that I should know. Hell, it would be really awkward asking him when he doesn't work. I would sound like I'm interested in him and want to meet up or something! What I do want but he can't know that.

With a sigh I stand up and walk to the exit. As soon as I open the door I can feel the hot sun shining on my relatively pale skin. You can probably imagine that I hate sunshine. I take a deep breath and want to start moving, trying to find shade as soon as possible, when I hear a very familiar voice.

“Hey Diana!”

My whole body is tense as I immediately stop dead in my tracks and slowly turn around to see no other than Oliver. Looking at me with his gorgeous smile and his ocean blue eyes and his- god stop this Diana! Right now is no time for you to blush like an anime high school girl in love!
