We got jokes!
Uploading these, and typing out commentary on them, is about one thousand times worse than handing someone a printed out comic book and watching them react or not react to it.

In the Midwest, people tend to be quite polite. If you spend six months out of every year trapped indoors by inclement weather, you learn to observe some common courtesies. "Mind your Ps and Qs" is lifesaving advice -- otherwise nine homes out of ten would hold the secret of a horrible midwinter murder.
"YOU! NEVER! SAID! THANK! YOU! WHEN! I! PASSED! THE! GRAVY!" she screamed, punctuating each world in the exclamation with a thrust of the knife.
