The Villain

Bart the Evil is the main villain, and was named after a person who committed a heinous crime against someone I knew. I fantasized about murdering Bart nightly for years. Sometimes I think about tracking this guy down and murdering him now. There would be nothing to tie me to the crime!
Why did I give the bad guy a shark rocket? That's way too cool, and Starboy should have had the shark rocket instead.
