The girl, Esther, with ginger hair and soft curls that poofed with excitement as she hid in the bushes; watching the boy, Pepper. Pepper was a boy she loved to examine. His hazel eyes, his lopsided hair, his soft pale skin and a catastrophic smile that made birds sing.
Pepper was petting a lovely fellow, a soft red rabbit and enjoying the love from the animal. Esther kept hidden in the bushes from afar, she grabbed her oak wand that was tucked away in her pleaded skirt pocket. She booped the sky and whispered random nothings; flowers appeared in Pepper's hair.
Pepper noticed and took out a couple of sprouting lilies, he smiled and examined the garden. As soon as Esther saw him shift his eyes, she quickly ducked; the bushes rustled. The blood rushed to her cheeks and her heart started pounding. She twiddled with her wand and started whispering a bunch of gibberish as she hid from the boy; except, she heard a voice mutter something in her left ear, "Boo."
She jumped and tumbled on top of someone. She turned her head and noticed it was Pepper, her mind was racing. This is the first time she was caught doing her little mischief's. She got off the boy and scanned the bushes for her wand, hoping he wouldn't find it before her.
"Looking for this?" Esther turned around, noticed Pepper holding her wand. The hair on Esther's neck sprang up, she was mortified.
"Possibly..." she hesitated while eyeing her wand. He examined the wand some more, "It's quiet a beauty, it's a shame it's not yours... is it not?" Esther darted her eyes, "Well I know who it belongs to, I bet they would greatly appreciate if I were to give the wand back to them." She thought, "Give me my wand, give me my wand, give me my wand."
Pepper seemed perplexed, "How come I can't give it to them? Maybe I know them too." Esther shook her head, "It would be more efficient if you were to give the wand to me," she took out her hand and paused.
Pepper laughed and gave her the wand, "Whatever you say," he turned and roamed back toward the red rabbit. He seemed to have said something under his breath, but Esther couldn't make out what it could have been. She slipped her wand back into her pocket and strolled out of the garden. . .
