Amaterasu (or Ama for short and for casual conversations) woke up in her bed, she looked out her window to see the dark sun being as bright as ever despite how much of an oxymoron was that and the windy lights were glowing bright outside in the sky. She got out and stretched around in her chicken pajamas and she went over to her closet and she blew out a strong gale of wind out of her hands which made the doors spin wildly around. Ama then walked back and she ran and jumped inside, she then spun out and dove onto the floor face down. She got up and she was now wearing her favorite dress, a green dress with the ends splitting at the sides and a giant white sash that tied tightly around the torso which was able to hold items of any kind magically, this was a Kimosa. The dress always helped Ama make her wind magic smell minty and tasted minty too and focus her powers too. She put on her makeup which was just a little green blush on the cheeks and she brushed her hair straight and got her jeweled leaf hair clips on.
Ama was now resting in the living room, drinking creamy hot mint chocolate tea from a chocolate teapot that kept its form. She was waiting for her dad to come and spend some time with her like always, but he didn't come. Ama waited some more and he still wasn't there, she was getting thirsty again and drank some more tea and soon she already ate the teapot too.
She was then getting patient, she got up and started to go to her dad's room now. Ama passed a painting of her with a tall gigantic hooded figure with a wand reminiscent of the dark sun, her dad. Ama then started to knock on her dad's door now, "Dad? Do you know what time it is?" Ama said, no response, "Dad! Come on! I want to have fun!" she continued now banging on the door, she then broke it apart, apparently, it was unlocked.
Ama went inside and saw only a box there with the four playing card suits on the sides and a star on the bottom and top with a note written in slashes and blots, it was obvious that it was her dad's handwriting:
Dear Ama,
I'm off to see a friend and I'm expecting a box here for you. I also left a gift for you in my jewelry box, be sure to bring what's inside with the box near Jasmine Lake.
P.S. Be sure not to crank the box's crank until after getting inside the lake
Love, Dad.
Ama went over to her dad's jewelry box, she opened it and saw a glowing green jade ring that fitted her perfectly. She wore it and she carried the box out her back door and through her backyard's path. Jasmine Forest, where Jasmine Lake was was always in walking distance... no, make that strolling distance from Ama's castle. She was also already there now already through the chocolate mint barked trees with jasmine and mint leaves. Before anything weird happened, Ama got out a white and green porcelain teapot that looked like a pagoda and she started to fill it with the green jasmine tea that was the lake. This teapot was one of Ama's many valuable keepsakes, it was able to always produce an infinite amount of liquid and was able to keep its form beyond the boiling point since Ama and as well as any only drink the hottest teas in Mysteros. She then got to the tip and she closed it and put it away, as she waited for a while, her ring started glowing brighter and it released a blast of glowing wind into the lake. Nothing happened, but then something did happen, a whirlpool was then swirling violently in the lake and soon a cyclone was made sucking Ama and the box inside the lake.
Ama was now sinking really fast in the lake, she looked around breathing just fine and saw a dark hand with an eye on its palm starting to crank the box's crank. She shooed it away and swam away, she then started to swim over to it but then a swarm of hands floated over and started cranking the box faster. Before Ama could get all of them off, she was nearing a giant glowing hole at the bottom of the lake where all the jasmine flowers were, she and the box were then sucked into the hole and beyond.
A bright green portal then opened up in an abandoned alley in a black frozen city, the portal then started spewing out green tea and soon a box was ejected out with the top being opened revealing a joker and four puppets each holding a different weapon. The box then fell on the hard icy pavement and the box broke into a bunch of pieces with the puppets going in different directions.
Ama got out of the portal, she swallowed up all the tea as she got out and started coughing out to get some air in her system again and she got up. She looked around and saw that her hair wasn't green anymore but a sleek black, she looked around some more and saw the box nowhere in sight and that she was in some kind of restaurant's lounge. Luckily, no one saw her and she scrambled up on a couch and sat there casually. At another time, she looked through a window and saw it was raining pretty violently outside and it was hard to see that the city was night time due to the gaudy and blinding neon lights. Ama then saw someone who looked familiar to her yet she never saw them in her entire life. It was a woman holding a parasol with its tip bent into a diamond spiral at the top of it, she had a dark purple for her hair that can be mistaken for black and her purple eyes gave Ama an eerie feeling to her. The woman then looked at Ama and she got some kind of shock in her heart, she then walked over to her, "Hello Amaterasu, I've known where you came from."
