Episode Recap:
More Xander narration. Apparently he can stop hurricanes, which it’s obvious that he’s just done. Suspicion raised that he can start hurricanes. Grant is struggling to carry Shane, so Xander runs out to help him. Xander is a lot stronger than Grant apparently and easily swings Shane into a fireman’s carry. Grant, however is ready to wait for time to ravage Xander’s strength, and lo and behold, guess what else Xander can do, he can read minds. Oh and telekinetically open car doors. Evil sneaky Xander is back, and he’s turning Grant’s requests against him like the best bottled genie ever. Grant has rifled through Shane’s pockets and found his passport, which he points out means that Xander can’t just incarcerate him on his island. New Xander appears, all business, requesting background checks and waiting to make decisions until he’s got all the info. Lol. Grant meanwhile, has no idea that Kore’s in the trunk, accuses Xander of killing her, and makes insinuations. Xander is too pleased with himself to really care, but some part of his mind registers that this evil plan he’s formulated, well, Grant’s never going to forgive him for it. I don’t know, sounds evil. Grant then keeps whining about the army and apparently Xander’s a colonel with lots of responsibility and Xander’s too distracted to really pay attention and his hands are shaking as he’s trying to play it cool. Oh and Xander’s house….is suspicious. If you’re not suspicious about Xander’s power by now, that palace should raise some red flags.
