Reader POV

Finally resting on the couch, fiddling and smashing the controller of my PS3. I sighed and placed a small rage after my death. I immediately frowned, staring at my phone on the coffee table in front of me. I waited for a text or a call from someone because today is one of the boring days I have now; in college. I've waited and returned to gaming. A few minutes passed, my phone received a message. I viewed it and it was from A. Mercer. Of course, I paused and saved my file, checked the message, and viewed.

The man had asked, "Hey, Y/n... uhm. I was wondering if you wanna go out tonight...?" I smiled and texted, "Sure. I'm doing nothing and it's boring. Where do you wanna meet?" Alex then replied seconds later, "I'll just pick you up." I smirked as I texted back again, "Okay, what time?" He replied, "One hour for you to get ready. I'll be bringing some stuff." I laughed and replied with a snort. "LOL. Okay then." I replied.

I went upstairs and took a bath, dressed up --a black hoodie with a white dress-shirt, jeans, and a pair of black, low-cut, boots-- and brushed my hair, and returned to my gaming. Exactly one hour later, Mercer has arrived, pressing the doorbell once. I scurried to the main door and opened it. The handsome man has worn his everyday clothing --no hood on-- with a small bouquet of (choice of flowers) and other variables. He was smiling, his cyan eyes were attracted to mine. I smiled widely and hugged the tall lover. I then grabbed the bouquet of flowers, set it down, went back out, and tangled my arms with his; like a couple would do. But the action was suddenly rejected by him carrying me bridal style. Alex Smirked and jumped roof to roof.

I felt the wind and gravity varying rapidly, the lights slightly fasing, and more trees or lights started to appear. I asked, hands and knees tucked in, "Where are we going? A park?" Alex shook his head, "You're just going to see the best and the most beautiful place in your life. Ever." Awaiting for the destination; we have arrived to a tower, the tallest, able to view the whole city lights and people, it was absolute heaven to me.

We sat above the concrete floor, or edge, viewing the scenery. The cars beeping, the defeaning crowds, and the lights shining: the famous New York City it is. The sunset below and the moonlight behind. Perfect.

Alex and I looked beyond, "Isn't it marvelous?" He aksed with a smile. I looked at him for a second and back to the ground, "Yep. It's cool, besides the wind and all, but..." "But?" He continued, we both looked at each other. His cyan, blue, eyes and my e/c, almond, eyes were both tingling and shining against the light from below to the oon from above. I then leaned in and added, "But there's nothing cooler than this:" I kissed him passionately, making him fluster. He did the same as he cooled down a bit.

I the pulled away and we both looked at the scenery again, my head laid onto his shoulder till I fell asleep.

Alex Mercer POV

It wasn't long till she fell asleep on my shoulder. I sighed in delight and exhaustion, carrying her and trailing back where we started. I opened her window after we arrived, and set her down on her bed: tucked in. I waited and waited for my eyes to close, waited for the sun to come up, and waited until her beauty faded from my sight.

*Hey, sorry this took long. Got a little misunderstanding with parents. Uhm, my internet schedule will be shortened and stuff like that. IDK. I usually ue the computer and phone the whole day publishing shit. You know. Stuff. And also, the AC readers: please be patient as chapters are ongoing slowly. SLOWLY.
