My schedule has changed recently, and I have limited time to work on Maddy throughout the week.
I'm going to make shorter, simpler comics, and that will let me make more of them.

Maddy: Yes and no. Yes I broke it, however, I had it in my lab to fix but you see.... My new assistant, she cleaned my lab without me knowing and she accidentally threw it away...

Gordon: SHE WHAT?!! Maddy, that tablet has a direct connection to everything at Smithgate! If somebody got their hands on that and fixed it, they would have access to everything and anything. Enough to shut us down!

Maddy: Yes, that is true, howev-

Gordon: I do not want to hear your excuses Maddy. This is the last one. And as a condition for me giving you this last chance, you have to attend every board meeting from here on out, come into the office at least 2 times a month, and..... uhmm...

Maddy: And? uhmm? what?

Gordon: uhm.... You have to introduce me to your new assistant. I mean I saw her in a coffee shop, but I thought she was just some customer. I didn't know she was working with you.
