I returned to work not long after Jason and I did the unspeakable. To say we had spoken since then would be a lie, I was avoiding him. He was in all my dreams and I was scared to bump into him for the fact that just thinking abut him made me weak. The control he had over me scared me, And I am not an easy scare.

Tonight I had a meeting with a big-time drug dealer, his name is Vince Lockhurt. He controls most of the drugs in the city, Including Rune's drugs, he is mostly Rune's drug man, though. I pulled on a normal outfit for work that was spandex black long sleeve shirt & and spandex tights, that had armour plates on the legs though you wouldn't notice them. I slipped my boots on and tucked a few guns in places in case I would need them. I pulled an extremely large hoodie over my body, sure it wasn't my hoodie but I would give it back to Jason if I saw him again.

The meeting site was just a half hour away from where I currently was living. I could walk fast enough to get to the meeting. The walk was long so I slipped headphones in my ears and listened to some music. I was almost at the meeting place when my phone rang, I picked it up and spoke.

"Ghost at your service."

"Honestly you sound like your father did well up until when I slit his throat, It's funny that his son, his most precious heir Rei Shinzuki would abandon his family and become a killer, well don't worry you will see your father soon Rei, you are far too much in my way."

The phone line went dead and I barely had time to lean over I vomited all my stomach's contents onto the ground in front of me. I felt a fear hadn't felt since my father died. My body seemed to be on autopilot as I walked to the police station. It was a place that normally I wouldn't go, but I needed to. By the time I got to Row office I was soaked from the rain outside and my teeth were chattering.

Row looked up from his desk ad the moment he saw me he flung himself out of his desk.

"Christ Ghost what's wrong, Rune said you didn't show up and he was worried. He sent Jason over to your house----"

"Danger.... Jason's in Danger."

My stomach started to heave again and row must have known because he gave me his trash bin which I vomited in not long after. He immediately dialled Jason's number and as soon as it went to voice mail I shot out of my chair and ran. I had to save him, I would never forgive myself if he got hurt. My legs guided me home, no sooner did I get through the building door shots were fired. I didn't even wait for the elevator I ran up the stairs full speed.

My door was hanging off the hinges and there was blood splatter on the door. God Jason be okay. My chest was tight and I felt like I couldn't breathe at the thought of that being his blood on that door.

I walked in the door and I saw two men dead on the ground a bullet to each of their heads, I could hear groaning coming from my bedroom. I walked slowly careful not to make any noise.

"Where Is Rei?"

"I don't know.'

"Don't Lie To Me."

"If I knew where the little asshole is, Don't you think I would be there with him, you aren't blind Yuri you know I've taken his innocence----"

"Fuck you, Jason. HOW DARE YOU."

I decided maybe I should make myself known that time. I stepped into the room and recognised the man right away, this man was my father's right-hand man. Jason was on the floor and he looked a little beat up.

I walked closer to Jason and went to check the damage of him but he moved faster then i thought possible and shoved me to the floor.

"Where The Fuck Have You Been, You Don't Get To Avoid Me Kid."

"Well, you see----"

"I hate to interrupt but I must get the Don back to his home so he may settle in."

"Okay bye---- Hey let go of me!"

Yuri had grabbed my arm pulling me away from Jason and dragging me behind him.

"Let Me Go."

"Rei stop fighting your father left you the family its time you take it, you were supposed to take it after you received the training from Jason Ross, but clearly he failed that."

"My names not Rei."

"Oh that's something else that will need to be fixed, I'm sure Nico will have many angry words about that for Jason Ross."

"Who The Fuck Is Nico, Also Let me the Fuck Go." I turned and kicked him the spine and he let go of my hand but not before grabbing my other wrist harshly and giving it a very uncomfortable squeeze that brought back flashes of my father doing that to me when I miss behaved.

"Nico is your Half brother, Your Fathers First Son, He's the Don."

"Then you don't need me."

"He has requested your services, through the Don Rune Ross but has been denied over and over again."

"Good. I'm Glad he denied. Now let me go I have not wished to help you or him."

"We know your life has been threated by your father's killer."

I froze completely and spoke.

"He said I was the heir he never said anything of Nico."

"Nico was born to your father when he was just seventeen, your grandfather didn't constered Nico to even be part of the family until your father died and you went missing.Only I knew where you had gone because I had arranged that Jason takes you. You are the proper heir because you were born to your father and his wife, your mother."

"No."

"Rei you don't have----"

"My name is Ghost, I am an assassin not the heir to any mafia, Rei Shinzuki died right along with his father."

"Well then forgive me, Ghost."

I felt the blow before I saw it, my world started to spin and black spots started to invade my vision before it finally went all black.
