THOMAS’ POV :

i laid atop a rock looking out at the sea a bit bored it was courting season for our kinda and i couldnt find a mate from my city they where all taken so i sat up on the rocks sighing till i hear the sound of something pushing out the water i looked at the bottle of the rock i laid on and there was a girl her back to me with her long blue and purple hair going far down her back her tail shimmering with gold and white she looked beautiful from behind ive never seen a tail like hers before “h-h-hello” i stutter

“hello” she says her voice sounding beautiful as she turns to see me she was very very pretty but my eyes went wide and my cheeks went red when i noticed only her long blue and purple hair was covering her chest and her hair wasn’t very thick “what are you looking at?” she asks

“n-n-n-n-nothing…your just very pretty” i tell her

“aww your sweet” she smiles “im y/n” she smiles

“im thomas…ive not seen you before, do you live in the city?” i ask her

“no i dont..i dont get out much” she smiles we sat and chatted about everything and nothing for ages till it got a bit late “im sorry i have to go home” she says sadly getting up and going into the water

“wait” i say before she disappears into the water

“what?” she asks

“will i ever see you again?” i ask her and she nods before diving down and disappearing after that i went home and didnt do much every day for a week i went back to the same rock and waited for her to come back but i hadn’t seen anything off her i asked about the town and know one had even heard of her before so i sighed thinking i will never see that girl again till i hear a quite whisper “tommy” a familiar female voice says i turn to see y/n her head just out of the water

“follow me” she smiles before diving back down so i followed her going under the water deep down very far from the city though tight caves till i resurfaced and it was a large pool inside a mounting the water illuminated by the light from the sky very high above in a slightly separate pool was a bed and other things “this is my home” she smiles “and i wanted to bring you here.. so i can spend more time with you” she smiles sweetly

TIMESKIP:

its been about four months since i met y/n and im basicly living with her not that i mind shes great to be with we went for a swim today just messing around together and racing till i sore her going very close to the shore “y/n what are you doing? you dont know if humans are up there? you know its not safe getting that close to the humans” i tell her but she just giggles

“oh come on tommy everyone knows humans are a a urban legend come on” she giggles going up the the surface and i like a love struck idiot follow her and see her laid on the sand of the beach with her hair all behind her summoning me with her finger so with a boost of confidence i move to be laid on top of her and within seconds we where making out on the sand…
