i stood making breakfast and putting it on the table with little melody sat in her chair doing her home work for school “what are you up to sweetie?” i ask her going back to continue making breakfast

“my teacher said i had to write about an example of true love, and Lilly took my idea of doing snow white and prince charming” she says

“oh dear then who are you doing?” i ask her

“im doing you and daddy” she giggles

“awww melody thats sweet” i say fluffing her long blonde hair

“whats sweet?” thomas asks looking like he just got up getting his coffe

“melody is writing about us as her example of true love for class” i smile giving him his breakfast

“aww melody, thats cute, is anyone else doing there mummy and daddy?” he asks her as i sit down

“nope most peoples mummy and daddy are divorced” she says

“well no worries about that ever happening” i say taking thomas’ hand

“i know most of the stuff, about how you met, and stuff like that, and i was there when you got married , what about the day daddy proposed” she asks

“maybe we skip that story” i say remember that story isn’t exactly pg

“what about your first kiss?” she asks and i smile remembering that day

“well melody, it was, uh, how long ago was it?” he asks me

“we where 13″ i smile

“oh yeah, well melody we where back at that old silly park again…

we had been together for about six months in almost the same spot as we where when i asked y/n out with a daisy and a worm, we where relaxing in the nice sunshine my arm around her and for no real reason i just lean forward and kissed your mummy” he explains to her

“it was a nice kiss, we did alot in that old park, i think our first kiss was actually about the same spot we got married” i smile

“thats so cute, why is everything with you cute?” she asks happily

“because hes adorable and cant help acting like it” i smile fluffing thomas’ hair
