Should I write about what Nick's grandfather did? It would just be some background information and not really have much to do with the story, aside from make it easier to understand why Nick's Mom has such animosity towards him and also why it was a big deal that he got out of jail. I'm not even sure if the grandfather will be in later chapters, but I feel like I should write about it... What do you guys think?
