Alice Hemingway was walking with her best friend Sadie Thornton, through a vast dessert that they had stumbled upon while walking to the arcade a short distance away from their home, the thing was neither of them had noticed the large dessert before. Alice suddenly tripped "SON OF A!" she yelled "careful! you OK?" Sadie asked, concerned and startled "yeah.....what was that?" Alice looked back at what she had fallen over, she saw a small object covered by the dirt and sand, she reached out and grabbed it "a box?" Sadie said looking at what Alice had found, Alice swept the dirt and sand off the box and took a closer look, the box was a light shade of brown though parts seemed to be darker due to weather damage and age, on the lid of the box was a picture of a blue string tied up into a bow, on the front of the box there was a moon and the outline of what appeared to be a little girl holding some sort of stuffed animal. Alice opened the box, inside was a mask. The colour of it was a baby blue and around the eyes were gold clouds, underneath the eye holes were pink and green drops that looked like tears, the nose had a small white line on it and several purple spots on the line, "hey i dare you to put it on!" Sadie joked, Alice smirked "challenge excepted" she held the mask up to her face and tied the black string around her face, Sadie shook "now THAT is creepy" she admitted, Alice stood up staring at Sadie, "OK Alice you can take it off now..." Sadie said Alice walked toward her friend, then with sudden force Alice swung her fist across Sadie's head knocking her unconscious almost instantly
