" Every day without fail...

Throughout the day and night...

 I started to feel someone watching me...

Watching silently with a cold tingling touch.

A smell that is peasant yet nostalgic at the same time.

With the hint of fear. 

The presence that was once comforting.

Had started to become less inviting.

As if it was hungry to devour another...

Frightening me every second...

Yet why- when I cry out with a scream-

My throat starts to tighten with a tug.

Itching with a release of air.

        But it doesn't come...
As if restained to my fate of slience.

With a laughter that is bittersweet.

Feeling hunted and alone...

Without realizing, a tear has fallen...

A warm hand suddenly rest on my forehead.

Brushing away the drop of tear with another.

As if to say,

 "It's alright... It's me, even if you can't remember,"

With a strong warmth that feels familiar yet threatening...

How come you scare me?

Just who are you? "
