My classmates and other friends had been through a rough week due to my period. Only Sakura and Yoemon didn't falter, though.
Today, just a few weeks away from summer vacation, we planned for our class trip. It was a two-day/one-night stay at a traditional resort. Everyone was excited, they even picked out the people they wanted to be in their group. Every group was to have either 3 girls and four boys or four girls and 3 boys. I went with the latter and invited Sakura, Yoemon, Mira, Yachi, and two other guys recommended by Mira.
On a really, really early Saturday morning, the whole class met up at school and boarded the bus together. Our group sat at the very back of the bus. Yoemon and I even fought over who gets to sit beside the window.
"We shall duel to decide the victor by a fair game of Rock-Paper-Scissors!" I declared.
"Oh, you are on!" He chuckled.
"Rock, paper, scissors!" We chanted in unison.
"Yes! I win, bleh."
"Yoemon, you cheater! You totally changed to rock last minute!"
"Come on, you two. Just sit down already, we're about to leave." Warned our teacher. Dang it, I'm never comfortable during car-or bus, for this matter-rides unless I'm on the right, beside the window.
I sat akwardly between Yoemon and Sakura until we stopped over a convenience store. Some went to empty their bladder, some went out and doubled over. I was hoping Yoemon would get out so I could steal his spot but no such luck. I looked at Yoemon, wishing he would feel some kind of guilt.
Wait, this guy is totally asleep! He's even snoring, what the hell?! I want to cry.
I leaned back on my seat and closed my eyes. Not being beside the window makes me dizzy. Maybe I'll just sleep until we reach our destination.

"Oi, Suga, you're drooling on my jacket!" Someone was tapping my cheek.
"Eh," I rubbed my eyes. "Did I fall asleep?"
"Well, duh! I said you were drooling, didn't I?" Shouted Yoemon.
"Shut up, it's so early and you're so loud!"
"Both of you, shut up!" Snapped the teacher. "Take your things and go to that little house over there. We'll inspect your things. Be sure not to leave anything in the bus."
"Yes, sir." grunted everyone.
By inspecting our things, they meant confiscating our phones, mp3 players, other gadgets, and extra food. This is so unfair-not. I devised a way to secretly have my PSP and other things pass through inspection.
"Yui-chan, you look creepy," Sakura said. "Yoemon, you too."
"Oh, do we?" We said in unison and grinned.
At lunch time, the teachers assigned the girls to kitchen duty and asked the guys to gather firewood. And as expected of Sakura, she was really good at chopping the vegetables and making stew.
We had the rest of the afternoon free so our group decided to explore the nearby forest. The trees were huge! The grass was perfect for a picnic, bird songs were carried by the subtle breeze, and there were lots of colorful flowers. It seemed childish but everyone made flower crown, the girls also made some for the boys.
"Guys," I called. "Can you all please lie down on the grass?"
"Why?" Asked Mira.
"Just because. Yoemon, the thing please?" Yoemon handed me a selfie stick. I attached my smuggled digital camera on it and lay down beside the others.
"Not a word to the others, okay? Cheese," I said.
"Cheese!"
