In certain Infirmary room on the third floor of a big Hospital building with neatly placed beds, and windows that shows how busy the street outside, A guy is standing nearby, looking at the street. 

He has black messy short hair and brown eyes, he has slightly muscular body and not very tall, doesn't look very strong but not weak also. He looks like a teen, probably in his five or sixteenth. He wears white tank top, large long pants with a lot of pockets and a Iron rod tied to his back, it looks like Vali spears but without the spearhead. He also had leather belt with iron name plate on the middle, that display the word "DD".

He saw people at the street, A large man is selling breads and cookies while not noticing a bunch of kids near him stealing his candies, There's also two grown adult fighting, perhaps because they bumped each other or perhaps because the broken carriage that stood nearby was the reason, we'd never know. As he saw granny with a seemed to be her grandchild, walking around the street with a peaceful expression on their faces, the guy sighed.

"It's been two days since I've waited here, if I stay any longer It'll be inconvenient for the doctors."

The guy looked at his left shoulder that seems to be wounded, it has bandage all over. He then slap it like there's some kind of bugs nesting on there.

"Huh? It doesn't hurt?"

Looked confused he ripped the bandages and saw no injuries, not even a scratch.

"Wow..." 

His eyes grew much wider in shock, then proceed to rubbing his left shoulder.

"Eh..? eh..? its all good now! this infirmary is amazing!"

The guy looks very happy at first, but then slowly looking sad again as he looks back to the windows with busy streets showing.

"They really left me huh?" He mumbled.

The guy then goes downstairs and is about to leave the building. But, suddenly another man approaches him, and he is approaching fast.

"Wait! You're leaving?" 

The man is smiling at him, he wears  outfit that looks like a lab coat with pure white color, by the looks of it he must be the doctor at this place. He also using glasses and seems carrying a lot of papers. 

"What in the world... what kind of walk is that?" Thought the guy, he shocked looking at the weird doctor to walk at such speed while holding many stuff.

"....Yes, I don't think my friends is coming back here anytime soon, so I better go to see them instead."

"I see... but still, paperwork needs to be done. Hold on, let's see..." Said the Doctor.

The Doctor start flipping stack of papers he holds, searching for certain paper.

"Shoulder injuries... shoulder... AHA! this one! 'Domy' correct?" He said while looking excited all of sudden.

"Yes, that's my name." Confirmed the guy named 'Domy'.

"Here, you'll signed here, then pay fee the amount it shows."

"Oh sure-sure." Said Domy going with the flow,he signed and looks at 5 silver coins written on the paper, then suddenly paused and changed his expression "... wait a minute... fee?"

"Is there any problem?" Asked the Doctor with a smile on his face.

"Y-yeah... I thought I've been payed?" Said Domy looked anxious.

"Oh noo, we did not received anything yet." Said the Doctor still smiling.

" You couldn't be think you can leave this place without paying do you?" He said again while still smiling, this time with his eyes staring intensely at Domy.

Domy still looked anxious, but then calmed down and put a long sigh.

"Fine... I still had this... emergency money my family gave me."

Domy then reach his name plate at his belt, turns out it can be opened. He then gave the content inside to the smiling man, it was a gold coin.(Note: 1 Gold coin is worth 25 Silver coins.)

"I believed this is more than enough." Said Domy.

"Oh noo... you can't use this here. It's not enough anyway."

"What!? It's a GOLD coin! It's like family treasure for me! HOW can it's not enough!?" Shout Domy furiously.

"Excuse me if I'm offends you. Gold coin is indeed worth alot more than silver, but unfortunately for you, this is the city of 'Eimas', we had more gold here than silver, or even rocks. Therefore the gold coin you holds don't have any value here." Explained the Doctor calmly while still smiling.

"Then where can I trade and broke this gold coin into silver?"Asked Domy, he started to get anxious again.

"Anywhere but this city."

"This is absurd... I never heard such thing as too many golds!?" Complained Domy."If that's the case, why this city not trading it's gold!? Pretty sure it'll make the city wealthy enough to make free Hospitals!" Shout Domy again trying to get explanation for the city unnatural economic situation.

"Look, I would glad to explain this city finance or system to you. But, I'm a 'Doctor' and currently busy saving people, and you are wasting my time. Can you pay or not?" Said the self-proclaimed Doctor while staring at Domy. Oddly enough, he still smiling.

"I... that gold is the only thing I had left..." Said Domy as he sweats a lot.

"So you can't pay."

Domy then bow at the Doctor exactly 90 degree and shout."MY DEEPEST APOLOGIES!"

"Fine, you'll just had to pay with your body."

"I won't object! I'll work HARD!" Shout Domy again.

"You're being loud since a while ago, there's sick people here. Don't you have manners?"

"My!... apologies..."Said Domy again getting more quiet this time.

"Anyway, I don't said you had to work here, how can a guy with no manners and shoulder like that be any help?" Said the Doctor looking down at Domy, while still smiling.

"Huh? but my shoulder is already healed, I can barely felt any pain at all."

"That's exactly correct."

Looked confused Domy looked up at the Doctor while still bowing at him, he saw the Doctor smile just getting wider and wider.

"How exactly can a hole in a shoulder be healed almost with no scratch nor side effect, completely healed in just mere few days?" Said the doctor while raising his hands, he looked like someone who about to pray, with the papers almost slipped from his arms, and at the same time looking at Domy with disdain written on his face.

Domy then goes back up and took a step backward.

"So... you mean.." Domy turned pale.

"I'd like a Examination at you." Said the doctor.

"F-FULL EXAMINATION! That's... kinda shameful.." Said Domy while awkwardly blushing.

"What are you...? little girl? I never said Full, just your shoulder." Said the doctor without flinching with the awkwardness of his patient. "Also please stop shouting." He said again.

"Oh! well... that's alright then." Said Domy feeling relieved.

The doctor then put Domy to wait at the waiting room, while he treat other patient first. Domy wait for a good five hours of boredom, constantly swinging his iron rod as practice, and drinking free water the waiting room offers, until the Doctor finally called him and examined his shoulder intently and carefully, the Doctor never looked so serious yet excited in his life before.

"That's it."

"That's it?" Said Domy still confused, wrinkled his eyebrows.

The Doctor seems fully noted all the result, then closed his note and looked at Domy with a smile still attached.

" Yes, that's it. You may go now."

"Uh... okay then." 

After said that Domy then leave awkwardly, with the Doctor smiling face still following him every step until he out of sight.

The Doctor then called his fellow worker at his office if he knows anything about two friends the guy just left. He seems trying to dig more information of Domy and his friends.

"Did you need me, master?"

"Yes, look at this."

The "Master" showed his worker the notes and drawn picture of Domy.

"Isn't that guy had a hole in his shoulder few days ago?" Asked the worker.

"Yes he is, what do you call it huh..? A miracle isn't?" The Doctor answered.

"That's weird coming from the 'Miracle Worker' himself."

"And as my... retainer, you should pay attention to my work and learn."

"But of course! I won't be in this position if i were slacking off."

The Doctor staring at his retainer, looking down at him.

"True... but I need better."

"I can only be better at this point master, so rest assured."

The master then start flipping his note of Domy shoulder, his both eyes and mouth looks smiling.

"....So did you healed him? I don't think even you can do that master, not yet at least."

"..."

"It's... not that I disrespect you... I mean... it will be a  breakthrough if you can heal such wound that fast!"

The Doctor looks at his retainer again, gazing at him in disdain this time.

"That's what I want to find out." 

 His smile seems to be disappear from his face this time.

"R-Roger that! I'll looked into any info I can find about him and his friends!"

"I'll be counting on you." Said the Doctor with his face went back to normal.
