"Liam! Dude you really gotta get more sleep it's been 20 minutes of you not hearing me cause you fell asleep. Want me to call your driver?"

"No, I'll walk back to the hotel to wake myself back up."

"I'll text you the directions."

"Okay, thanks." And I drag myself out the door. It's slightly chilly out side so I put my scarf on. I focus on trying to keep myself awake as I walk. As I'm walking, I realize that I've walked past the same boxing gym three times already. Marq must have been messing with me or I'm more tired than I thought. I go in to ask for directions. The place is almost completely empty except for a bag in the opposite corner. It's her. She is here in the gym. Katana is here. I duck out of sight my exhaustion forgotten. If she sees me here she'll think I'm stalking her! If she catches me I'm dead!

"Hey can I help you?" I turn to see a young woman maybe 5 years older than me. 

"Maybe, I was just looking for someone to give me directions." 

"Really cause you're staring awfully hard at my friend."

"Hey, Tira," he's with me an older man around my father’s age comes out of the office. He is well built and I don't doubt that he could knock me out in a heartbeat.

"Alright old man."

"If you are ever going to inherit this place you need to be a little bit less suspicious of possible clients Tira."

*humph* is her only reply. 

"Come on," the old man says. With a glance at Katana, I turn and follow him.

"So kid just who are you? Cause this is what I can tell. You are a French man who has likely met Wolff before based on your very subtle reaction to seeing her and heard of how she can be around men." There is a pause. "So tell me who are you and what is you interested in my daughter." I freeze. This is Katana's father! I immediately revert to business mode, which always occurs when I'm in need of self-preservation. 

"My apologies sir, I was unaware you were Ms. Wolff’s father. I was actually wondering if someone here could give me directions to my hotel as the directions given to me keep leading me in circles. Ms. Wolff reported a man from my company doing illegal things and thanks to her we caught him. That is how I met her, but my friend, who was the one who gave me my misleading directions, happens to be dating Ms Seitz, Ms. Wolff's friend, and he told me how Ms Wolff can be. My apologies for allowing you to believe otherwise.” This whole time I've been bowing my head to show him respect and blushing so I'm shocked when he starts laughing.

"Hahahaha hahahaha! Well that was interesting I should have figured Mari would do something like that! Hahahaha!"

"Kat isn't my daughter we took her in as a kid when she lost her mom." He starts to get serious. "Mari is my daughter and Tira is Mari’s older sister and my eldest. Since Mari is going to continue playing with you, I think I'll tell you a little bit about Kat.
