I woke up with Pennywise Bro Hymn. I groan and get out of bed. Looking at the clock, it's only 8:00 AM. 8:00 AM! Who wakes up at this time of the day on a weekend? My mom and I. We always go jogging with each other for an hour. I get into the bathroom and brush my teeth and wash my face. I wear my blue black jogging and my sport bra with a tank top, get my running shoes and go downstairs. "Morning, mom." I say as I kissed her cheek. "Morning, darling. You ready for take off?" I nodded and we took off.
As we got back home, mom and I were bathed in our sweat. It's September and it's still so hot. "Next time, let's wear shorts." I nodded and we both went for a shower. Mom has a bathroom in her room and so do I. We don't have to fight like this in the morning. Or whenever. After the shower, I wear a black adidas short with a red and black split neck long laid boyfriend t-shirt and sat at my desk. The thoughts of Friday replayed in my head. I never thought that he would be someone so cruel and rude. Thinking back about it, makes me so sad. I need ice-cream. Or something sweet. I decided to go for the ice-cream. I wear my white sneakers, grab my shoulder bag with my wallet and get out. "Mom! I'm going out!" I shout and go to the garage. I can't decide which ride I should take. My Suzuki SV-650 or my bicycle. I ended up going the bicycle. I don't remember where I place the key for the Suzuki.
As I arrive at the mall, I make my way to the ice-cream shop and wait in the never-ending line. After like 10 minutes of waiting I hear: "What can I get for you?" the young man asked. "Just vanilla, please." I paid after getting my ice-cream and get out. I walk over to one of the few benches here and sit. Eating my ice-cream, I look around at happy people with their friends and/or lovers. I sigh deeply as I wished that could be me. "Why the heavy sigh?" I jumped slightly at the deep voice. I turned around to see a very tall, scratch that, giant guy standing in front of me. He's wearing a black cap, a white shirt with blue jeans. The basic outfit yet he still look good. He's muscled with broad shoulders. He sat down next to me. "Are you not going to answer?" I turned and looked at him. "Huh?" I dumbly reply. "I asked 'why the heavy sigh'." My mouth forms an 'o'. "Honestly, I don't know." I sighed again and licked my melting ice-cream. "Something bad happening?" I nodded. "Yes. Just found out that the person I thought was my friend, is a lying jerk." He nodded. "Do need you some happiness?" I moved from him slightly as he said that. He chuckled. "I mean, someone to hang out with." I nodded. "Anyways, what is your name?" "Bailey, yours?" "Ajax." He stood up. "Let's get going. 'Cause sitting on our butts will not change anything. Let's do some shopping!" He stated as he looked down at me. "By the way, you better finish that quickly. It's melting." He waited until I finished my ice-cream. "So, where are we going?" I ask. I know, it's strange to be hanging around with a random person you know for less than an hour, but I don't want to be alone. So yeah, that's that. "Let's go, you'll see." We enter a random shop and start shopping. "Oh, by the way, I came by bike so I can't carry anything with me." He looked at me as if I'm a talking blow fish. "What?" I asked. "You can just buy a backpack and put all you luggage in it."
After buying myself a some wedges, flats, sneakers, shorts, long and cropped tops, dresses and much more. Most were forced to be bought by no other than the person standing next to me now. "What?" Ajax asks. "Nothing." We're currently waiting for our McDonald. "Where do you go to school?" I ask. As he is about to answer, our order is announced. He shrugged and we take our food and get seated. I ordered a hamburger, chicken nuggets and a fruit 'n yogurt parfait. Ajax had a big mac, chicken nuggets and a coca-cola. I stared at him. "What?" He said with a full mouth. "You eat a lot." He shrugged. He's a giant, no matter what. I thought as I looked at him. "And you are very short, Shorty." I blushed as I noticed that I said that aloud. "Giant." We both laughed. "Anyways, it's time for me to get back home." I said as we were approaching my bike. "Until we meet again Bailey." He said and waved me bye.
