Domy left the building still looking awkward, he wanders with every step just what exactly in that creepy doctor mind is going on, but never finds out in the end. Domy then remember about his only "money" left and start visiting nearby bank. The bank is big, almost as big as the Mansion building, it has interior covered in gold and a lot of statues also in gold. Domy then met the counter lady , the desk she worked in looks very fancy, it has nice leaves sculpture carved on it like a branch, and of course it's also covered in gold.

Domy then asking about he city currency. After a quick explanation from the nice lady on the counter, it seems Eimas prohibited any gold from there to go out and only conduct all economic currency using silvers and coppers only, weirdly enough they also not accepting any golds from outside, probably because they already had too many of it. But, even then Domy can't help but wonder why just a few buildings include this bank had many golds on it, and only inside, from the outside all looks normal or even looks like a rundown buildings on some others.

Domy argue for quite some times, but it seems his only gold coin can't be traded for anything here, so he decided to go outside as fast as he could before ho got starved to death. He thinking about working on his way out, but he's determined to catch up with Hemeth and Vali. Then on the way out he passed an alley right  next to him and saw a scene.

It seems two guy is giving a hard time to a girl down the alley, Domy figured that she needs help so he jumped to the scene. After a closer look it is a two bald men with muscular body, they seemed pretty tough. But, Domy had an ambush advantage, he strike first at one of the guy with his iron rod right behind his head, knocking him unconscious.

"Who's that!!" Shout the other bald men

The bald men then rushed towards Domy, he punched Domy with his right hand but missed, it hits wall behind him instead.

"What the..."

Domy, after evading the attack looks shocked when he looked at the cracked wall. If he got hit, it will broke his ribs instantly. Domy then looks closer to the guy hands, he's using some kind of steel plate at his knuckle, like a knuckle brass.

The bald guy keep trying to hit Domy, but he dodged every punch. After he make a right hook punch and missed, Domy dashed to the left. He then jumped and use his iron rod to hit the bald guy in the back of his head. Unfortunately it wasn't enough, the bald guy retaliate using his left elbow, pushing it to his back right at Domy, sending him flying. He hits the wall behind him hard, he most likely broke his back.

Domy rod was blocking the elbow attack and broke into half, Domy dropped them after the impact. If it wasn't for that rod, it will be his chest and ribs that got broken instead. He saw the bald guy looks disoriented, the hit was not missed, he was just more durable than the other bald guy.

"Y-you...! Are you their assassin!?" Shout the bald guy.

"Assassin..? I'm just helping that-"

Before Domy could finish his words the bald guy dashed and shouted.

"I WILL NOT LET YOU PEOPLE DO AS YOU PLEASE!!"

"....!?"

Domy stood up slowly and perform his fighting stance, but without weapon it will be very tricky to beat such muscular man like this, one hit and it's over for Domy.

"HAAAAAHHH!!!"

The bald guy hit Domy relentlessly with many jabs, it didn't do much damage as before, but much more faster.

"Guhh!!!..."

Cornered with the wall, dodging is out of the question. Getting hit by countless barrage, all Domy can do is blocking with his arms, waiting for an opportunity.

"Am I going to die here...?" Thought Domy.

"Well... at least I died protecting someone, so that's worth it." He thought again. He seems gave up on the opportunity part this time.

Domy then looks at the girl he saved, hoping she used the time to run away while the bald guy is distracted. She's isn't there anymore.

"Ah... good. She already run, I hope she's okay after this."

Just as Domy thought of that, the punches suddenly stopped.

"Huh...?"

"I WILL... Nnot.. let you..." Said the bald guy, as he suddenly falls. And the one stood behind him is the girl Domy wanted to save, she's holding Domy broken rod.

"Why..no, How did you..?"

"Let's go!"

As the girl said that, she grabbed Domy arm and dragged that beaten up guy with her, running away from the scene. Domy who barely can keep up, can only watches her as her long red hair stroke his face, even though he should be screamed in pain because she is grabbing his beaten up or might be broken arm. But, it is as if he had forgotten about it.

"I... think it's far enough..." Said the red haired girl while panting.

"Uh... oh! yeah are you okay!?" Asked Domy.

"Huh? The real question here, are you?"

"OUCH! Now that you mention it..."

"Oops! Sorry! I grabbed your injured arm, it must be very painfull..."

"N-naaah I'm good!"

"We should treat your wound quickly."

"I'll be fine, it just need to get licked."

Domy looking anxious as usual, started to lick his own arms right there, like a wild animal.

"...O-kay then.. Oh! I'm sorry, where are my manners... My name is Avarice! Or just Ava for short."

"Ava...rice?"

"Yeah, I know... what a terrible name to give to your kids right?" Said Ava while chuckling.

"N-not really! Ava sounds very nice! I like it!! I'm Domy by the way! Domy Dook!! Or you can just call me Dom!" Said Domy looks flustered, started to shout uncontrollably again.

"Dom, then." Replies Ava, smiling."

"Anyway, who are those baldies...?"

"Oh... I... don't know them. They were giving me trouble suddenly, so I'm really thank you for saving me back there."

"Ava looks down for a moment there, she probably scared of those people." Thought Domy. "Ava is smiling at me right now, the difference between her smile and that doctor is like heaven and hell."

"That's no problem! It's just natural to help others in needs!"

"He-he, That's sound very cool from you Dom!"

"Never once I thought my name Dom would be 'cool'. I'll get heart attack at this rate..." He thought.

"Anyway, I gotta leave now..."

"Where?"

"Outside this city, I had to met with someone. You should get home too."

"Really?? Where to?" Asked Ava, her eyes suddenly filled with curiosity. She looks like a wolf that has found whole family of sheep.

"Uhh..why you asked?"

"I was about to go out of the city too."

"Really!? "

"Well... I can't right now, maybe after few days."

"Oh... Right."

Domy took a closer look at Avarice, She wears only grey ragged clothing, It's more like a bed sheets rather than clothing. She has long red hair and a blue eyes, her figure is very much like Vali, but as short as Hemeth, It's like those two combined each other.

"Do you had any money? I would like to help you but all I had is this useless gold coin."

"I have! I have! Why don't we trade then? All my silvers for your gold coin?"

"What? But gold is useless here! You should use the silvers instead to buy gears and supply!"

"Oh...? Really?"

"She looks confused." Thought Domy. 

" So... you're not from around here huh?"

"Yeah, sorry..."

"Cheer up! I'm not in a hurry too anyway, unlike that 'machine girl'! I can wait a few days and goes with you! Besides, I need replacement for my rod."

"Machine...girl?"

"Uh... nevermind that, so where exactly are you heading?" Asked Domy, ignoring his own words.

"Level two."

"Oh, that's mean I can travel until halfway there, the city I'm heading is also on the way. Maybe you wants to visit there too before continue?"

"Which city?"

"Heh? well... It's actually a small town called 'Sealgair'."

"..."

"What's wrong?"

"I shouldn't visit the city, I kinda in a hurry too." Said Ava, she had shocked looks at her when she heard the city name.

"Really? Well.... I can only until half way then."

"What's with girls always being in a hurry..." He thought.

"That's fine by me, thank you Domy."

"No problem!! Oh! One more thing... how exactly you knock out that guy? You using my rod but... It was broken and he's kinda hard headed... literally."

"If you hit the right spot it'll be easier to knock people out... - Or.. I mean.. maybe it's because you already hit him Dom! it was just a bit more hit to succeed."

"I guess so..."

"For some reason Ava looks kinda weird, but probably just my imagination." He thought.

Avarice then made a meet up plan with Domy in two days, while she prepared herself with silvers she had. Domy worried about Ava and asked if she will be okay since the bald guys might be still in the city, but she said it's fine.

Domy then decided to do extra work to get silver for his own, it was difficult finding one at first, but he found various easy lifting jobs, the city seems having a lot of traders and merchant. With extra coins in his hand Domy bought a new iron rod, he also saves a little bit to buy snack as present for Ava once they meet up. It was already the second day when he bought the snack, looking happy Domy shows up at the meet up place.

"Dom!" Shout Ava, while waving her arms.

"Oh! hey!"

"What's that?" Ava pointed at the box Domy carried at his left hand.

"This is breads! You can have it! ... If you're hungry." Said Domy, He awkwardly gave the box to Ava.

"Who-aaa! Thank you! You're very sweet Dom!"

"I-It's nothing!"

Ava ate while they goes towards city entrance, Dom bought a lot of breads and cookies inside the box. He thought it'll last until at least next meal time, but when he about to reach and grabs some, the box was already empty.

"She must be very hungry." He then thought.

Just as they about to leave Eimas, a bald guy appeared from behind. He was the weaker one that got knocked out by Domy.

"Ava! You can go ahead! I can handle this!"

Ava didn't say a word, she just dashed from the scene.

"WAAAIT!!!" Shout the bald guy.

"Hold!"

"Wha- move aside BOY!"

"You'll have to go through me!"

The bald guy ignored Domy and tries to dash towards Ava, but Domy iron rod hits him at his knee, making him fell over.

"You shouldn't ignore your opponent."

"Grr... this little- wait... are you then one who knock me out 2 days ago!?"

"That's me!" Said Domy while smirking, provoking him.

The bald guy stands up and dashed to Domy, but given the space, it's very easy for Domy to dodge all the attack. Domy quickly spin his body and hit the bald guy shoulder, then hand and knee. It's like he's playing around with him.

"Too slow!" Taunt Domy.

"LITTLE BRAT! DON'T GET TOO MUCH OF YOURSELF!!"

Baited with Domy taunts the bald guy took a severe hit around his neck, hard enough to make him faint. Domy then about to go after Ava, but she's nowhere to be seen. He then saw many people approaching him, they are guards of the city.

"Excuse me what is happening here?" Asked one of the city guards.

"We heard a commotion and it's bothering many peoples, is there some trouble?" Said another guards.

"There is, but it has been took care off! It's just a thug." Answer Domy.

"In that case we will bring him to the office and you too."

"What? but I'm in a hurry!"

"We need to know what exactly happened, we need your cooperation to answer some questions."

"But...! Fine..."

Feeling reluctant Domy agreed the condition, it's not like he can handle so many guards after all.
