-Boston, Massachusetts, 1776-
Eva arrived in the depths of Boston after ten hours of riding and constantly stopping for food and water, along with shelter. Her horse trotted in the crowds of Boston, as she slowed down around guards. “Boston is filled with red-coats..People were right,” Eva whispered, as she looked around.
People became skeptical about Eva. She looked similar to the assassins, hood, robes, weapons..similar. People looked at her in weird ways, red-coats too. She got suspicious up in the roads of Boston, along with her horse constantly running over people. People flooded the streets, along with store clerks, and customers of some sort, People came running out of companies, looking at Eva. She knew something bad was going to happen.
Her horse rode quietly, as the hooves clamped down harder as she began to pick up speed in a less crowded area. She hunched down, letting her horse get more speed, as the wind fell through her hair..making it a wavy mess.
Her horse came to a stop, as someone’s voice was heard in the vicinity. Eva’s anxiety level turned up a few notches, as her switch was finally flipped. She moved her foot to the foot-rest on the horse’s equipment, well tried. She kept missing the equipment piece and it was driving her crazy. She heard the voice get closer and closer as she decided to jump off the horse’s back into a haystack.
Her arms flew out wide, as her feet left the fur of the horse. She closed her eyes and squealed loudly, getting the attention of the people talking. Her body roughly landed in the stack, but she was successful.
Heavy, loud, footsteps were heard coming near her, as she got terrified. It may be this ‘Ratonhnhaké:ton’ guy. Her eyes went in every direction, as she terrifying began to sweat. The needles in the haystack began to poke her viciously. Something was moving the hay. She squealed quietly, as the movements stopped. Her eyes closed then opened slowly, as a little bit of the sunshine came through the haystack. She saw a red-coat. Oh dear lord.
She growled lowly and quietly..that didn’t look like any ordinary red-coat, the man under the outfit seemed very familiar. She shifted her body to the man, and stood up slowly.
The hay seemed to come off on its own, as the man pointed at gun at her. “Who are you! I know who sent you! News travels fast, girl,” The man spoke harshly. Eva stood still, staring at the man. She sighed, closing her eyes. “I am Evageleyne Rose Miles, a tribe member to the Mohawk religion. I have came to recover Ratonhnhaké:ton, Have you heard of this man? ” She spoke softly. Eva had a ring to her tone, a british kind of one. She was Irish, Mohawk, and Norwegian..but not British..Maybe Boston really changed her..in the matter of hours. The man looked at Eva, with his warm chocolate brown eyes. “Speak more,” The man demanded, lowing his gun. “I cannot, it is too important, Reveal yourself, Sir..and I shall speak more of why I am here.” The man store at her with a regretful look..it struke Eva in several ways. Ordinary Red-coats would kill you right off the bat, but this one..was no red-coat. “Why should I tell you?!” The man asked. “Do you want to know why I want this ‘Ratonhnhaké:ton’?” She smirked, putting an arm behind her back. “Ye-” “Normally! Red-Coats would kill Assassins right off the bat,” Eva walked around the man in a circle, smiling the whole entire time. “But, you my good sir, are not..Which is against the Boston Amendments!” Eva’s voice raised. “I was raised in a damn good tribe, and you red-coats sit around and drink tea for your lazy lives!” She harshly catcalled, reordering her appearance. Her body shifted, over the fence that was bordering the riverbank. She glared at the man. “Now as I say again, Do you know this ‘Ratonhnhaké:ton’?” She asked again.
“I am him..”
Eva smirked, she turned around, leaning on the metal fence thay crushed her back softly. “I was sent by Al-Sayf, I found something that may trigger your memories, Connor,” Eva told him. Connor was in the conversation, looking at Eva with his head tilted back slightly. He crossed his arms, listening on in her. “We may go somewhere private..I can’t risk having anyone find out about this.”
Connor and Eva traveled slowly, as they got to know each other better and better. They past incoming guards that raised suspicion on them. They past fighting civilians, people starting riots, domesticated animals, and a bunch of markets. “And I said, ‘What am I trying to put up for!? Your dried-slashin’ tea bags’?!” Eva told Connor, as he laughed. She smiled, walking the same pace as Connor. Malik was right, he was a big guy..He’s not someone to mess with, definitely.
Connor looked at Eva, “Welcome to Boston,” He spoke, chuckling. “Way better than Havana, That’s what I can say..My homes’ destroyed,” Eva spoke quietly. “What!? Who destroyed it!?” Connor frankictly asked. “Charles Lee.”
That Name..That name set Connor off. His fists clenched with anger, he closed his eyes imagining the blood seeping out of Lee, his face pale white..and Connor standing over him just constantly punching him for what he’s done. There’s no regret in Connor’s mind of his fantasies, he was just on his way now to eliminate Lee, but unfortunately he lost him in an abandoned mansion that caught on fire. Connor barely escaped alive. He almost burnt alive. If it wasn’t for the broken wood that collapsed onto the fire surrounding Connor, he would of been gone. His dark..dark..fantasies of killing Charles Lee, were about to come true. He got his hopes up so high, that he didn’t even realize he was walking into a open can of worms. Already eliminating his father, Lee was next up on the list, and Connor was excited about it. Haytham was a problem about finding Lee, but now Haytham’s been gone for about a few days. His own son had to eliminate the one who made him, and it was heartbreaking..but Connor had to do it.
Connor’s childhood was hard enough, He saw Ziio die in his own eyes. Haytham sent Lee, under his order, to go and have the Mohawk Village burnt to crisps. Connor swore from that day on, he would find who did this..He has, and he will eliminate them.
