Dear Diary,
I can't sleep anymore, not after the nightmare I just had. My hair is mess and I can tell I have bags under my eyes. This wasn't the first nightmare I had in a while. For the past month, I kept dreaming of a flower. A rose. It's so unusual. Is it because my name is Roselyn?
No, it can't be it. I'm just over thinking about it. Then again it could be a reason why. Something Supernatural? I am %100 sure that is the case. But if not, what is it. It can't be something normal? Could it? I should really tell Sara, Justin, and Tyler about this. They should know something. After all they are the people who made me believe in the supernatural.
That's it, I am going to tell them tomorrow, they should have a solution. After all of this writing, I should get sleep. But, I can't. So, I might be able to sneak downstairs to the kitchen to get a snack with out my parents noticing.
So I went downstairs to get a snack, I wasn't caught thank goodness. But, while going downstairs, I heard something. When getting a few cookies out of the jar, there was a knock on the glass door. I didn't want to go check the backyard, but I had the courage to do so.
I slowly went to see if there was anyone there. There was nothing. No noise, no shadows, nothing. The same thought kept on coming to my head, Should I go check the door? Half of me wanted to go see and check, the other half just wanted to get my cookies and go to my bed. It was in the middle of the night, there might be a crazy person at the backyard. I had no choice. I quietly walked up to the glass door, and slowly opened the door.
Checked left and right, there was nothing there. I walked outside just to make sure. Just as I was to walk, I stepped on something, I yelp little be to loud. That's what you get for walking barefoot outside. I mentally yelled on myself for doing that.
I looked down at my feet to see what I have steped on. To my surprise, it was a Rose.
I knew it had to be a sign, but what? Why would a rose be in the the backyard? We never had roses, then again a garden. I moved my feet, and picked it up. I noticed that my feet was bleeding a little bit, and that the Rose had thorns. I went back inside carefully, trying not to make blood on the floor. I get to the cabinet to get a bandage. Put it on, goes back to the kitchen to get my cookies, and I came back to my room.
I think that would be enough for now. So I'm going to be on my phone and eat my cookies. Tonight was the weirdest night I ever had.
