So here it is. The remaining 3 pages of Chapter 1.
I hope you enjoyed so far and many Thanks to everyone who read it this far.
I know there are many questions left, like: What kind of ship is this? Is this a military Unit? Who or What is the Interplanetary Federation? And how the hell did Minerva Culley managed to be a Captain? and many more.
I will reveal the answers to this questions as the story progresses. Either in the story itself or as an additional information section. But there is also Stuff that needs to stay as a secret for a while ;)
The first chapter, which ended now, was kind of an introduction. So you have a feeling for the characters and the relationships between them. The adventure will begin soon.

I feel like an ass for leaving anything but positive feedback, but my suspension of disbelief is super broken, and I personally like feedback on my own work. If you don't want negative feedback just skip this comment. I'm confused why the Captain doesn't want a gun when investigating an unknown situation on a planet full of wild animals. If she doesn't like violence, okay, but do they not have non lethal weapons? Even a stunning weapon? And I get she's reckless, but now she seems incompetent. Also neither does the engineer who's is intelligent and resourceful enough to steal shielding for their shuttle. Why? I like the series a lot otherwise, but I'd feel better about it if the Captain (who had to rank up or be promoted somehow) seemed good at her job and the engineer (who I really like. She's a rebel, but in a smart practical way) weren't making seemingly bad decisions just because "nah I don't feel like it."
