the faculty or action of forming new ideas, or images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses.

Have you ever heard of the phrase go to your happy place? Well, it basically means go to whatever place you feel most the most joy in no matter how fucked up it is. If you're happiest when you're at the circus imagine you're at the circus. If you're most happy when you see your enemies hanging upside down over a great white tank in total fear...then you imagine it. And you imagine it well.
