The car is on the way home. Through the fence covered with trees. Those who seek to disappear in the shadows. But the danger still remains the same.

Simon looked at Clarice. “What are you thinking?”

Clarice just tried to help me.

“Thanks for coming to me”

“Never mind” he murmured.

The closer to the eclipse, the more. I’m more attracted to anyone who comes to me more. The silly predictions hundreds of years ago predicted that the powerful glowing queen would be chosen by the lunar eclipse.

Queen Naomi believes that prophecy. She had the power by kill the queen before her.

She drank more and more human blood on order to gain more her power. It’s not just me that makes her nervous. The Vampire Council gave her the same annoyance. But the heaviest would be King Francis, her ex-lover.

 King Francis been a vampire king for over three hundred years. He is also a temperamental, angry, and disinterested man who doesn’t care about the consequences. He ruled the vampires with cruelty and tormented them into a zombie. No one can controls them. Just only he can control them.  

“Did mom and dad know what happened?” I asked, and then down from the car and straight to my home.

“You will terrible” Percy moaned softly.

Moths fly around the lamp. The door was creaking when I pushed it open.

“Vivian Sazha Dumont and Clarice Mariah Dumont”

I’m upset and my two brothers behind me were startled too.

Percy smiles pitifully at me and walk out to the living room.

Clarice pinch Simon and he raised his eyebrows.

Sophia looked at Simon. He looked uncomfortable with that sight. “Dominic sees you and Clarice escaping from something. You need to be more careful”

“I’m fine” I answered irritably.

I stare at the red rose’s bouquet in the black box. “King Francis sent me roses?”

Father leaves the box away. “Yes”

I’m going to burn it.

“Later” mother points to the chair. “Sit”

“Do you have anything to do?”

“What is the best way to protect annoying sister?” James hails

“Vivian are you listen to me?”

I’m shocked. “I’m ok mom!!! Nothing happened. I think everyone is thinking too much.”

“There are at least three vampire hunters out there, or maybe more” Simon made a scowl.

“I can handle it”

“You have to take it seriously”

“Yes dad” I talk softly “I know”

“What I know is. They will come to you”
