I slapped him on his face. “Stay there. Don’t come in” I can tell he’s definitely thinking about his father. Sometimes it’s painful.

I splashed coffee in front of his face. Then back to the car.

When I came home. Dominic stepped out. He shook his head in disagreement with me that I fled outside without telling anyone. I got out of the car. Simon opens the door and stand outside.

I walked past him. I found Vivian standing pale and looking so worried.

“Clarice, are you ok?”

“I’m ok, Vivian” I felt Simon behind me. Vivian looks relaxed. And that makes me feel guilty too.

Vivian picks up my iPad and reads it again and again. Then turn to stare at me. “This is a story about our family”

We sit in bed. There is one chapter written about Vivian.

“I can’t believe that they write about us like this” I quiet for a moment.

“They know all about us. But we don’t know about them”
