Brooklyn could only see black. She realized that she didn't have any difficulty breathing and that she control her movements, but she couldn't hear anything, and that worried her. She stood up, rubbed her eyes, and then turned around. The light blue orb was floating, but this time, there was an erie feeling.
Brooklyn walked towards the orb, being careful just in case. She didn't know what was going to happen, but she felt as if it wasn't going to be like last time.As soon as she was a couple steps away from the orb, the two mysterious people were able to be seen.
"What are you two doing here?" Brooklyn asked.
"We are here to make sure that you actually want this wish," the lady responded.
"Yeah!" the man said. "We want to make sure that you won't regret this wish in the future, or if you've changed your mind in the last couple of hours."
"But we have to warn you if you make this wish," the lady said.
"Then warn me!" Brooklyn said.
"You cannot use this wish to unbalance life, death, and so forth," the man said. "But if you want to save a life, you would have to give up your wish, and then you would go back in time to tomorrow, and you won't be able to receive another wish."
This didn't change her mind on making the wish. She wanted it badly. And she most likely wouldn't give up her wish anyways. Who would she save anyways? She would be responsible while using her wish! She's mature enough! She knew that she would be capable of having this wish.
"Can I make my wish now?" Brooklyn asked.
"Yes!" both of the mysterious people said.
She walked further towards the orb, and grabbed it. Instead of it exploding with white light, the light blue turned into a black light. Brooklyn was now floating into the air, and the orb started vibrating in her arms. She didn't know what to do and just held onto with all her might.
The vibrations became stronger and stronger, harder to hold onto, but she still did. The vibrations stopped, and then an explosion of pure white light made Brooklyn lose her vision. She saw darkness again and it was dead quiet.
