The next morning, I heard a knock on my door, I got out of bed to answer, and standing on the other side was Amy, she was wearing a pink dress with no sleeves, her long brown hair was down and she looked upset.

“Hurry up! We have to go!” She looked at me angrily, “Wait, did you just wake up? It’s like 10:30!”

“Well sorry, I’ll get dressed.” I couldn’t help but be a bit rude as I closed the door in Amy’s face. I quickly got dressed and opened the door again, causing Amy to stumble and almost fall on top of me, she had been leaning on the closed door. I noticed that Amy had brought a bag.

“Do I need a bag?”

“No, all that’s in my bag is flashlights for all of us, some snacks and water-bottles, notebooks, pencils, a camera, bandages and stuff…”

“The list goes on.” I couldn’t stop myself from teasing Amy for thinking things through.

“Cameron’s waiting outside.” Amy pulled me to the front door, and she pushed it open, Cameron was leaning against my wall as he waited, wearing blue jeans and a black sweater.
