After the exam, everyone had passed, even the ones who had lost to their opponents. Saiko explained that the exam was just to see if they qualify to go to missions or not and to see if they are capable of defending themselves against an unknown threat. When Takashi entered the class he was assigned to, everyone was whispering. “He defeated Jakū easily,” whispered a student. “Jakū the S class?” whispered the other student. Takashi sat down and got comfortable. Then the girl with grey hair slammed the desk with her hands “Congratulations, you defeated an s class knight. My name is Yuki Exect, I'm the 4th princess of the royal family of Exect. I didn't get your name before.” Yuki politely demanded. “My name is Takashi Noriyami,” answered Takashi. “As you should know, 2nd year students are allowed to go out of campus and go on missions and get paid for the task completed. I, the 4th princess, Yuki Exect, invite you to form a party with me.” She said confidently. “Thanks, but sorry, not interested.” Takashi said considerably.

A feeling of uncertainty arose in the air. “No? No?! HOW DARE YOU REJECT MY INVITATION!?” she shouted angrily. “Huh?” Takashi reacted. “DROWN IN DARKNESS, ERASE!” she shouted. A white, magic circle formed, creating a concentrated blast of light. CRASH! She blew away Takashi to the front of the school, destroying the left side of the classroom window Luckily, Takashi was ok, and the students weren't in the radius of the blast or near the windows. Yuki was angry and was stomping towards Takashi. “What was that for?!” Takashi asked. “How dare you reject the princess of vaktress?” She asked, full of pride. “Sorry, but my answer still remains a no. It's not that I don't like you or anything, it's just that I don't intend to go on missions anytime soon.” Takashi said openly. “But if you can prove to me that you are not all talk then challenge me to a duel, and if you win, I'll join your party but if you lose, you will have to listen to what I say,” challenged Takashi. “ Ha! I, the 4th princess of the Exect family, accept these terms and challenge you to a duel.” She said pridefully.

The duel was scheduled the same day at noon. Yuki was walking down the hallway that led to the Physical Education field that is especially made for these types of situations. The field released huge amounts of healing magic, produced from a special crystal known as Kenkō. At the center of the field, Takashi was waiting. Once Yuki arrived, the referee announced, “Due to this fields properties, you can’t get killed. But on the other hand, you can get severely injured. The winner will be determined by knockout and forfeit. So, without a question, may the battle begin!” There was silence for a moment. “It would seem that your waiting for me to attack. But before anything, I'll give you a little information. I posses the angel Seinaru and use holy-light magic,” she said determined. “Ok, then to be fair, I'll tell you some information as well. I possess the demon Hakai. We use dark magic,” he said fairly. “Okay let's begin. HOLY RAY, SHIRO!” she shouted. A small magic circle formed and created a small beam of light. Takashi avoided the attack by jumping to his left. “PARISH!” Takashi shouted. Many small black particles flew near Yuki and stopped around her, detonating, and causing a cloud of smoke around her. “ GLARE INTO THE LIGHT! HOLY STARDUST!” Yuki shouted. Multiple blasts of light scorched through the smoke, causing Takashi to evade, doing multiple back flips, eventually causing Takashi to trip. On one knee, the smoked cleared out, and Yuki was covered by a magic bubble. “PRAY, SEINARU!” A large ray of light struck the field. Within the ray of light, Yuki reached her hand in the light and grabbed a double-handed sword. She placed her stance and suddenly vanished. “What?” Takashi said surprised. “IT'S OVER!” Yuki shouted. Before there could be any collision, Takashi stopped the attack with his aura. Aura is the magical force that is used to make magic spells and scripts, it flows within every vain in the body. “WHAT?! Impossible!” Yuki said. “I didn't expect you to use a close range attack, but you underestimated me,” Takashi said with a dark sensation. His aura exerted out of his body causing Yuki to get blasted to the wall of the field, but before that she drilled her sword into the ground to reduce the collision. Yuki made an impact with the wall. Yuki, on one knee, looked up, and saw a very black aura surrounding Takashi like vapor. With his right index finger, he started chanting in an unknown language and writing in the air.”A magic script?” Yuki asked, surprised. “Kurai hangyaku wa kinji rarete iru hikari no hōritsu wa, tero no tsuyo-sa no kage o ataeru tame ni genshō shita,” Takashi said silently. “Demolition,” he said softly. A huge blast like bubble surrounded takashi and expanded rapidly and knockouted Yuki. “THE WINNER IS TAKASHI!” announced the referee. The crowd was excited that the misfit of the school had defeated the princess, one of the most powerful at the academy. Takashi wasn't aware of the crowd before, so he was surprised. Later in the nurse's office, Yuki was injured and was recovering. She had woken up. She quickly scanned the room. On the right side of her bed, Takashi was sitting in the chair, sound asleep. “That was some duel,” a mysterious lady said. Yuki looked up and saw the nurse smoking a cigarette. She was pretty, and had black eyeshadow and black hair. “Hi, I'm nurse Aburame,” the nurse said. “What is he doing here?” Yuki asked. “Who?The young man here? Well he brought you here immediately after the duel.” The nurse said. “Eh? He what?” Yuki blushed. The nurse stood up and started to leave, before she head out the door she said, “Say thank you when he wakes up. If it weren't for him, you wouldn't be conscious for another week.” She then closed the door. Yuki closed her eyes and when she opened them again, Takashi was awake and said, ”Yes.” Yuki blinked, “What?” She asked confused. “ I accept your invite, so I look forward to working with you,” Takashi said with a smile.
