My visions were blurred and all I can remember was holding on to Migilian and blacking out outside of the hospital. I looked at my surroundings and saw that I was laying on a hospital bed.

“MIGILIAN” I said. I got out of the bed and fell down. My muscles feel very weak, I guess it was from lifting him yesterday. But that didn’t stop me, I got and ran outside the room. I didn’t know where to go so I asked for directions.

“Sir” I grabbed the doctor’s shoulder. “Were there any patient that came last night” He thought for a sec and gave an answer. “If you mean that boy who was only wearing a towel then you can thank me” I got confused “What”. “You were right on time or in any case he would’ve been already dead”.

I was in shock after what he said, I moved back and laid on the floor. I began to cry for thinking I was the cause of it. The doctor came near me “He’s at the end of the hall at the left, go to him”.

I stopped crying and ran to his room, I opened the door and saw all his family members. I saw Migilian and walked towards his body. I lean on his chest and begged for God for mercy “Please wake up” I cried.

I cried for a few minutes and after it, I felt a touch on my hair. I looked up who it was and It was Migilian stroking my hair. I cried even more and put my arms around his shoulder.

“Can you guys leave for a sec” all his family members left us. “Wh-Why did you do it” I sniffled. He didn’t answer for a sec “I was afraid of losing someone I loved. Back then my friends left me and treated me like trash. They were the only people that liked me for who I am. But now, I’m just an outcast. When you smiled on the note, I realized that you liked someone else, and that you would forget about me”

“You know why I smiled on that note” I sniffed. “Why”.

I quickly gave him a smooch on the lips and answered him “Because you’re the one who wrote it dumb dumb”
