I feel like although indeed just passing her when she keeps messing up dumb things would be irresponsible considering the profession, but I feel like there's gotta be *something* they could do... let her do a retake right away or provisionally pass her (like, make her work under unbiased supervision for a year or something to make sure she's not going to mess up horribly) or something... @.@
